ILM Modular Flip-Up Motorcycle Helmet Matte Black Large — Dual Visors, Vented EPS Comfort

ILM's modular flip-up full-face helmet in matte black combines a lightweight ABS shell with dual visors and a ventilated EPS liner for versatile protection and comfort on the road.

This flip-up helmet is designed for riders who want the security of a full-face helmet plus the convenience of an open-face option. Constructed with an upgraded ABS outer shell and a high-density, fully vented EPS liner, the helmet balances impact management with airflow. Two integrated visors—a clear outer shield and an internal sun visor—give you a wide field of view and quick glare control. Removable, washable interior pads and a quick-release chin strap make upkeep straightforward.

How does the flip-up design improve everyday riding?

The modular flip-up mechanism lets you lift the front section without removing the helmet, so you can talk, drink, or get quick air at stops while retaining the protection of a full-face shell when snapped down. The hinge is engineered for repeated use and secure locking to prevent accidental opening while riding.

• Flip-up front for easy communication and ventilation
• Secure locking mechanism to keep the chin bar closed at speed
• Convenient for commuting, touring, and quick breaks

What visibility and sun protection do the dual visors offer?

This helmet pairs a broad, impact-resistant outer visor with an internal drop-down sun visor operated by a simple slider. The clear outer shield provides an unobstructed field of view and strong impact resistance, while the inner tinted visor reduces sun glare without swapping lenses.

• Wide, distortion-minimized outer visor for clear sightlines
• Internal sun visor for instant glare reduction
• Easy, glove-friendly switch to lower or raise the sun visor

How does the helmet manage ventilation and comfort on long rides?

A fully vented EPS liner and dedicated intake/exhaust ports move air through the shell to help regulate temperature and reduce interior humidity. The lightweight ABS exterior keeps overall weight down, reducing neck strain, and the liner materials are removable for washing to maintain hygiene.

• Top and chin ventilation ports for active airflow
• Vented EPS liner disperses heat and moisture
• Removable, washable cheek pads and liner for freshness

Is the helmet easy to secure and maintain?

The helmet uses a quick-release buckle for fast and reliable fastening, so you can put it on and take it off quickly while ensuring a snug fit. Interior pads are designed to come out for washing, simplifying care after wet or dusty rides.

• Quick-release chin strap for secure, fast fastening
• Washable liners to keep interior clean and odor-free
• Durable ABS finish resists chips and is easy to wipe down
