The ILM MF521 is a youth-sized full-face motorcycle helmet that combines DOT and ECE22.06 safety compliance with a lightweight ABS shell, wide visor, and removable breathable liner for comfortable, secure rides.

Designed specifically for young riders, the ILM ECE DOT Kids Motorcycle Helmet MF521 balances certified protection, airflow and visibility without weighing children down. It pairs a high-density EPS impact layer with a low-mass outer shell so families get safety features expected of adult helmets, scaled to a child-friendly fit. Practical details like a quick-release buckle and washable interior make the MF521 easy to use day after day.

How does the MF521 protect my child on the road or trail?

The helmet meets both FMVSS 218 DOT and ECE22.06 safety standards, using a hard ABS exterior and high-density EPS core to absorb and dissipate impact energy. The full-face design adds chin protection while the visor shields eyes from debris.

• DOT and ECE22.06 certified for recognized safety performance
• Durable ABS outer shell resists abrasion and impacts
• High-density EPS liner cushions and disperses crash forces
• Full-face coverage protects face and jaw in many impact scenarios

Will my child breathe comfortably during extended rides?

Yes — the MF521 includes an engineered ventilation system that encourages steady airflow to reduce heat build-up and keep the rider cooler. Interior padding is breathable and removable so it can be washed to maintain freshness and comfort.

• Strategically placed vents promote air circulation
• Removable, washable liner helps manage sweat and odor
• Breathable padding reduces pressure points for longer wear

Can my child see clearly and stay protected from road grit?

The helmet uses a widened high-definition visor to expand the visual field and lower blind spots, helping young riders spot obstacles sooner. The visor also blocks dust and gravel, reducing eye irritation and distractions.

• Large HD visor improves peripheral awareness
• Shield reduces dust and flying debris exposure
• Clear optics aid visual clarity in varied light

Is the MF521 easy to fit and maintain for kids?

Absolutely — the MF521 offers a user-friendly quick-release buckle so young riders or guardians can secure the helmet fast. The shell’s ergonomic shape cuts weight and the interior pads are removable for laundering, simplifying upkeep between outings.

• Quick-release buckle enables fast on/off and adjustments
• Ergonomic shell reduces strain on neck and shoulders
• Lightweight construction suited to extended use
• Washable liner keeps hygiene and fit consistent
