kalageen RV in-wall slide-out motor IG-42 10mm — 300:1 replacement, reinforced wiring, plug-and-play

The kalageen 236575 RV in-wall slide-out motor IG-42 (10mm) is a plug-and-play replacement motor designed to restore reliable slide-out operation in RVs and travel trailers.

When a damaged or noisy slide-out motor leaves your RV stuck in or out, the 236575 offers a cost-effective repair option built to match common 300:1 in-wall drive systems. It’s engineered for durability with reinforced wiring and factory testing, and it’s intended to fit many Lippert-style electric slide mechanisms so you can get back to camping without major upgrades.

How does this motor improve slide-out reliability?

The 236575 motor addresses the frequent issues that shorten slide-out life by using stronger welds on the harness and by undergoing a factory performance test before shipment. That reduces failures from broken wires, shorts, and intermittent operation, and helps lower noise during use.

• Reinforced wiring harness to prevent breakage and shorts
• Tested at the factory for consistent operation
• Designed to run quieter than worn or damaged motors
• Meets OEM specifications for fit and performance

Will the 236575 fit my RV’s slide-out system?

This motor replaces the common 300:1 in-wall slide motors and is designed for compatibility with Lippert-style electric slide mechanisms. It’s sized for the IG-42 / 10mm shaft standard, so verify shaft diameter and mounting before ordering.

• Direct replacement for 300:1 in-wall slide motors
• IG-42 specification with a 10mm shaft diameter
• Best for Lippert-type electric slide assemblies
• Check physical shaft and electrical connector compatibility first

How simple is installation for a DIYer?

Installation is intended to be straightforward: the unit is plug-and-play with the same connector type used on many in-wall slide systems. Campers with basic tools and familiarity with RV panels can replace the motor themselves and avoid towing to a service center.

• Plug-and-play electrical connection for quick swap
• Standard mounting points match OEM-style assemblies
• Minimal disassembly of the interior wall panel typically required
• Follow OEM wiring orientation and torque specs for best results

What support and warranty features come with the purchase?

kalageen supplies each motor after a factory test and offers customer support to resolve fit or performance concerns. While the product is not OEM-branded, it is manufactured to meet or exceed OEM standards and the seller provides a satisfaction policy including replacement or refund options.

• Shipped after factory functional testing
• Manufactured to OEM-equivalent specifications
• After-sales team available for troubleshooting
• Free replacement or refund if not satisfied

Who is this for? The kalageen 236575 motor is intended for RV owners, repair shops, and DIY enthusiasts who need an affordable, OEM-compatible replacement for an in-wall 300:1 slide-out motor. It’s a practical solution for campers wanting to restore dependable slide movement without replacing the entire slide mechanism, provided you confirm shaft size and connector compatibility before purchasing.
