LATCH.IT Rounded RV Step Covers 3-Pack — 22" Wide Radius Camper Step Covers, Gray, Heavy-Duty Traction & UV-Resistant

LATCH.IT Rounded RV Step Covers are heavy-duty, 22-inch-wide curved stair rugs designed to protect and dress up 8–11" deep radius RV steps while improving traction for people and pets.

These three carpeted step covers are made for curved (radius) camper stairs only and include tension springs and metal grommets for a secure, wraparound fit. The double-layer polyester construction resists fraying and fading, and the kit arrives in a ready-to-gift box so you can install each cover in minutes. Before ordering, measure your top step for pass-through holes and check clearance on electric steps—the thicker material can make an electric stair fold in more snugly.

How do these RV step covers stay attached during travel?

The covers use reinforced all-metal grommets and tension springs to hold the rug tightly to the curved step edge. That system provides a snug, adjustable fit across the 8–11" depth range and tolerates typical movement when driving.

• Tension springs hook to grommets for a custom fit
• All-metal hardware resists rust and loosening
• Wraparound design prevents edges from catching or flapping
• Double-layer polyester keeps shape under strain

Will these fit my RV’s radius steps and electric stairs?

Each rug is 22 inches wide and shaped for rounded steps with an 8–11" depth; the hooked spring system adjusts within that range. For electric steps, allow extra clearance because the thicker, double-layer material can make the stair fold more snugly—also check that your top step isn’t a single step without a pass-through hole, which would prevent installation.

• Fits curved steps 8–11" deep only
• 22" width covers full step face for uniform look
• Not compatible with top steps lacking a pass-through hole
• Measure clearance on electric retracting steps before fitting

How durable and easy to maintain are these camper step rugs?

Built with a thick, double-layer polyester face and UV-resistant fabric, these covers resist fading and fraying better than thin alternatives. Cleaning is simple—soap, water and a rinse restore appearance—while the metal grommets and springs increase lifespan under outdoor conditions.

• Double-layer polyester for tear resistance and cushioning
• UV-resistant finish reduces color loss from sun exposure
• All-metal grommets and springs prevent early hardware failure
• Hand-washable with soap and water; quick rinse and air dry

Do these step covers protect pets and people from hot or sharp steps?

The full-wrap design covers the visible step surface and edges to shield feet and paws from hot metal and sharp edges, adding traction and comfort on each step. The thickness also softens the surface for pets with sensitive paws and provides a less slippery footing in wet conditions.

• Covers exposed step metal and sharp corners
• Improves traction to reduce slips for humans and pets
• Thicker material offers comfortable step cushioning
• Reduces dirt tracked into the RV by catching debris

Who is this for: The LATCH.IT Rounded RV Step Covers 3-pack is ideal for RV owners with curved camper stairs who want a durable, attractive way to protect steps, increase traction for family and pets, and reduce dirt entering the coach. Choose these if your radius steps measure 8–11" deep, you need full-step wrap coverage, and you value UV-resistant, long-lasting materials with simple installation and maintenance.
