LCGP 2" Exhaust Muffler Resonator — 2" Inlet / 3" Outlet, Blue-Burnt Tip, 14.56" Stainless Straight-Through

LCGP 2" Exhaust Muffler is a universal stainless-steel resonator with a 2" inlet, 3" outlet, and a blue-burnt angled tip that reduces backpressure while adding a deeper, sportier tone and sporty appearance.

This compact resonator is built for drivers who want a bold visual upgrade and a refined, deeper exhaust note without a large, heavy muffler. With a 14.56" overall length, a straight-through core and dual-layer stainless construction wrapped around sound-absorbing material, the unit balances durability, performance and style for a wide range of aftermarket installs. It’s designed to be fitted by welding or clamped on with common muffler hardware, and its mirror-polished finish with blue-burnt tip gives a custom look right out of the box.

How does this muffler change my car’s sound and flow?

The LCGP resonator uses a straight-through design and internal sound-absorbing cotton to lower drone while producing a deeper, throaty tone. Its 2" inlet to 3" outlet ratio helps maintain exhaust velocity and reduces restrictive backpressure compared with baffled mufflers.

• Straight-through core for uninterrupted exhaust flow
• Sound-absorbing cotton for reduced drone and balanced tone
• 2" inlet / 3" outlet for improved exhaust exit velocity
• Delivers a deep, sporty note without extreme volume

Will it fit my vehicle and how do I install it?

This is a universal muffler; you must confirm your vehicle’s tailpipe diameter and clearance. It fits systems with a 2" inlet and terminates with a 3" outlet, and can be mounted by welding or with common clamps and U-bolts for a secure connection.

• Measure your existing pipe to ensure a 2" inlet match
• Installation: welding recommended for permanence
• Clamp or U-bolt options for non-weld installs
• Requires basic exhaust tools and clearance checking

What materials and finish does this resonator use?

The housing is fabricated from stainless steel for rust resistance and long service life, with a polished, mirror-like surface and a blue-burnt angled tip for visual impact. Two-layer stainless construction and internal packing prioritize durability and sound control.

• Stainless-steel body for corrosion resistance
• Dual-layer construction for strength and heat management
• Mirror-polished exterior with blue-burnt angled tip
• Internal packing for consistent tone attenuation

What should I expect in maintenance and longevity?

Stainless steel helps resist corrosion and keeps the tip looking good longer than mild steel alternatives. Routine checks of clamps, hangers and welds will extend life; replace seals or clamps if leaks appear after installation.

• Periodic inspection of clamps and mounts recommended
• Stainless finish reduces rust and surface degradation
• Welded installs require less long-term adjustment than clamped
• Clean exhaust tip to preserve mirror polish and coloration

Who is this for: The LCGP 2" Exhaust Muffler is aimed at DIY enthusiasts and aftermarket installers who want a compact resonator that improves exhaust tone and appearance without a major weight or space penalty. It’s well suited to smaller performance cars or any vehicle with matching inlet dimensions where a deeper sound and custom blue-burnt tip are desired. If you value stainless durability, straightforward installation options and a balance of sound control and style, this resonator is a practical choice. Always verify inlet/outlet sizing and clearance before ordering, and consider professional installation for the best fit and seal.
