LockNLube Recessed Grease Fitting Adapter — 6-inch Extension, Quick‑Connect Cup End

The LockNLube Recessed Fitting Adapter is a 6-inch heavy-duty grease fitting extension that lets you reach deeply recessed or awkwardly positioned grease fittings for a secure, leak-minimized connection.

Designed for mechanics, fleet technicians, and equipment owners who face difficult-to-access lubrication points, this adapter extends your grease coupler reach while maintaining a reliable seal. Its cup-shaped working end nests over fittings to reduce slippage, and the quick-connect locking feature mates with standard grease couplers for fast, one-handed attachment. Built from durable materials for professional environments, it’s intended to be paired with a LockNLube Grease Coupler to ensure the cleanest, tightest connection possible.

How does the recessed adapter reach fittings other extensions can’t?

The 6-inch overall length gives extra reach into tight bays, deep hubs, and recessed grease points that short extensions can’t access. Its slim profile lets you guide the adapter through narrow openings while the cup-shaped end centers on the fitting for steady engagement.

• 6-inch length for extended reach into deep housings
• Slim, straight barrel to pass through confined spaces
• Cup-shaped end aligns and stabilizes on fittings
• Locks into grease couplers to prevent slips during greasing

Will it form a leak-free connection with my grease gun?

The adapter features a quick-connect locking mechanism that mates with standard grease couplers to reduce leaks and minimize grease loss. For the most reliable seal, use it together with a LockNLube Grease Coupler—this combination is engineered to seat cleanly and hold under pressure.

• Quick-connect lock secures the adapter to couplers
• Cup-shaped working end helps maintain a tight seal
• Intended pairing with LockNLube couplers for best performance
• Designed for use under typical shop pressures

Is this adapter durable enough for professional use?

Yes—this extension is built for heavy-duty applications, with construction that stands up to frequent shop and field use. Materials and machining are chosen to resist wear, maintain alignment, and keep the locking interface functioning through repeated cycles.

• Robust construction for regular, professional use
• Precision-machined cup end for consistent seating
• Durable quick-connect mechanism to withstand repeated attachments
• Low-maintenance design for long service life

How do I use the adapter safely and effectively?

Connect the adapter to a compatible grease coupler, position the cup over the fitting, then actuate the grease gun as usual. Keep the coupling clean and inspect for wear; pairing with a LockNLube Grease Coupler helps ensure a stable, leak-reduced greasing operation.

• Attach adapter to grease coupler until it locks
• Seat the cup over the grease fitting before pumping
• Inspect seals and connections after heavy use
• Clean debris from the cup end to prevent contamination

Who is this for: The LockNLube Recessed Fitting Adapter is aimed at professional mechanics, maintenance crews, and equipment owners who regularly service vehicles or heavy machinery with recessed or hard-to-reach grease points. If you need extra reach, a stable seating on fittings, and a durable extension that integrates with your grease coupler system, this adapter reduces hassle and helps keep lubrication efficient and cleaner.
