Mega Racer Premium Matte Black License Plate Frames, 2-Pack Thin-Top Metal — Low-Profile, Rust-Resistant

Mega Racer Premium Matte Black License Plate Frames are a two-piece, slim metal set designed to securely mount front and rear plates without covering registration tags.

These thin-top, matte-black plate frames combine low-profile styling with durable construction so your plate stays visible, rattle-free, and protected from the elements. Designed to fit standard U.S. and Canadian plates, the set includes front and back plates, stainless steel hardware, and protective screw caps for a clean look. The matte finish minimizes glare while a reinforced metal build resists bending and rust through daily driving and automated car washes.

How do these frames prevent damage and rattling?

The frames use a two-piece metal design and multilayer protection so the plate is held snugly without scraping the vehicle paint. Internal fittings and included screw caps cushion the plate and fasteners, reducing vibration that causes rattles.

• Durable metal construction that resists bending and corrosion
• Rattle-reducing fit to keep plates steady at highway speeds
• Protective screw caps to prevent paint scratches around mounting points
• Waterproof seals and multilayer protection against moisture intrusion

Will these frames fit my car or truck license plate?

The Mega Racer frames are sized to accommodate most U.S. and Canadian license plates, fitting standard 6-3/8" x 12-1/4" exterior dimensions. They are compatible with common mounting patterns used on passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs.

• Fits standard U.S. and Canada plates (exterior measurement listed)
• Two-piece system adapts to front and rear mounting styles
• Includes stainless steel screws for typical vehicle threads
• Easy to swap in place of factory or aftermarket frames

How easy is installation and what hardware is included?

Installation is straightforward: remove the existing frame, position the front and back plates around the license plate, and secure with the supplied stainless steel screws. The kit contains all necessary mounting pieces and black screw caps for a finished appearance.

• Comes with stainless steel screws for corrosion resistance
• Black screw caps included for aesthetic and protective coverage
• Simple tools required—most installs take only a few minutes
• Designed so state names and registration tabs remain visible

What are the finish and maintenance recommendations?

The matte black finish reduces reflections and is formulated to withstand weather and cleaning. Routine washing with mild soap and water keeps the finish looking new; avoid harsh abrasives or strong solvents that can degrade coatings.

• Matte finish minimizes glare and complements many vehicle colors
• Wipe clean with mild detergent and soft cloth
• Resists rust for extended outdoor exposure
• Avoid abrasive pads and aggressive chemical cleaners
