milwaukee M18 cordless 2-speed grease gun — Bare Tool, 10,000 PSI, pre-set grease counter

Milwaukee M18 2646-20 is a cordless 2-speed grease gun delivering up to 10,000 PSI with a patent-pending pre-set grease counter for precise dispensing.

This compact, battery-powered grease gun combines high pressure, selectable flow, and features built for professional service work. It runs on the M18 battery platform (battery sold separately) and is built to reach tight fittings while reducing user fatigue with a stand-up design and shoulder-strap capability. The tool's innovations focus on repeatable, measurable lubrication and ease of use across maintenance tasks.

How does the two-speed system benefit jobsite lubrication?

The dual-speed design lets you choose between maximum pressure for stuck fittings and a high-flow mode for fast bulk dispensing. Switching modes adapts the tool to different grease types and application points, cutting service time while protecting fittings from over-pressurization.

• Max pressure mode: up to 10,000 PSI for seized or high-resistance fittings
• Max flow mode: faster grease delivery for routine points
• Simple selector switch for quick mode changes between operations

What accuracy features help with consistent grease application?

This grease gun includes a patent-pending pre-set grease counter and a plunger-rod with visible markings so technicians can meter and track dispensed volumes. Those features support repeatable lubrication intervals and make it easier to document maintenance in fleets or heavy equipment.

• Pre-set grease counter dial for repeatable dispense amounts
• Plunger rod markings to estimate remaining grease in the barrel
• Clear-barrel accessory compatibility for visual monitoring (accessory sold separately)

What practical controls and ergonomics improve user comfort?

Milwaukee designed the tool for long shifts with a lock-on/lock-off trigger that reduces hand strain and an on-board LED to illuminate work areas. The stand-up capability and shoulder-strap compatibility let technicians position the tool conveniently during service, lowering fatigue when working overhead or on rough terrain.

• Lock-on/lock-off trigger for sustained operation without continuous grip
• Built-in LED light to illuminate fittings in dim locations
• Stand-up design and strap-ready body for secure storage and reduced fatigue

How does hose length and priming make hard-to-reach greasing easier?

The 48" flexible hose reaches recessed grease fittings and bends around obstacles, while the air bleeder valve simplifies priming so the tool is ready faster. Together these features reduce the need to reposition equipment during service, speeding up multi-point lubrication.

• 48-inch flexible hose accesses hard-to-reach fittings
• Air bleeder valve for quick, reliable priming
• Compatible with standard 14 oz cartridges or bulk-fill options

Who is this for: The Milwaukee M18 2646-20 suits mobile technicians, fleet maintenance teams, and heavy-equipment service professionals who need a durable, battery-powered grease gun with controlled dispensing. It's ideal when you require high pressure for stubborn fittings, measurable grease delivery for documentation, and mobility across a range of jobsite conditions. Note: this listing is the bare tool; an M18 battery and charger are required but sold separately.
