Orion Motor Tech 3-Way AC Manifold Gauge Set — R134a/R12/R22/R502, 5ft Color-Coded Hoses & Brass Fittings

OMT 3-Way AC Manifold Gauge Set is a professional-grade refrigerant diagnostic and charging kit compatible with R134a, R12, R22, and R502, built with brass fittings, color-coded 5ft hoses, and heavy-duty gauges for accurate HVAC work.

This compact manifold gauge kit provides mechanics and DIYers a complete, ready-to-use solution for measuring AC system pressures, performing leak checks, topping off freon, and supporting recovery or recharge operations. The set pairs a 3-way manifold body with two high-range analog gauges, three five-foot color-coded hoses, and a selection of adapters and a piercing can tap—stored in a molded case for organization and transport.

How accurate are the gauges for everyday AC service?

The kit uses two purpose-built analog gauges: a blue low-side gauge rated 0–350 PSI and a red high-side gauge rated 0–500 PSI, displaying Fahrenheit values and pressure clearly for quick readings. The gauges and fittings are assembled to withstand typical shop conditions and provide repeatable measurements when used properly.

• Blue low-side gauge: 0–350 PSI for suction/low-pressure readings
• Red high-side gauge: 0–500 PSI for discharge/high-pressure readings
• Easy-to-read faceplates with Fahrenheit units for cross-reference
• Solid brass connections to reduce leaks and improve longevity

What do the hoses and fittings include and why does that matter?

Three 5-foot hoses are color-coded—red for high, blue for low, and yellow for service/refrigerant—to speed identification and reduce hookup mistakes. Hoses are manufactured from reinforced PVC with a high burst rating and come with 1/4" female fittings and additional adapters to link to various ports and refrigerant cans.

• Three 5ft color-coded hoses for flexibility and safe distance from service points
• Burst strength up to 3000 PSI and max working pressure of 600 PSI
• Includes two adjustable 1/4" male couplers and a 1/4" to 1/2" adapter for compatibility
• Piercing-style can tap for convenient straight-can charging when needed

How durable and serviceable is the manifold set for professional use?

Construction combines brass, aluminum, durable plastics, and reinforced hose materials to tolerate routine workshop wear, drops, and handling. The package also includes a detailed parts diagram and step-by-step manual so technicians and beginners can identify components, replace parts, or troubleshoot leaks.

• Solid brass fittings and aluminum components resist corrosion and deformation
• Reinforced PVC hoses designed for frequent flexing and pressure cycles
• Custom molded case protects instruments and keeps accessories organized
• Comes with user manual and parts diagram for maintenance and repairs
