Pukonger Tundra Tailgate Insert Letters — Matte Black 2014–2021, 3D ABS Adhesive

Pukonger matte-black 3D tailgate insert letters are a custom-fit ABS emblem kit designed to replace the factory letters on Toyota Tundra tailgates from 2014 through 2021, attaching with strong adhesive for a durable, dimensional update.

Give your Tundra a clean, factory-style upgrade without drilling or paint work. These matte-black Pukonger inserts are molded from impact-resistant ABS and raised for a three-dimensional look that stands up to weather, car washes, and regular road use. The kit is engineered specifically for 2014–2021 Tundra tailgates, so each character aligns with the existing grooves and contours for a seamless appearance.

How do these letters hold up outdoors?

The letters are made from UV-stable ABS plastic with a matte finish, chosen for abrasion and chemical resistance. That construction helps resist fading, cracking, and discoloration from sun exposure and regular washing, keeping the emblem crisp over time.

• ABS construction resists weather and road chemicals
• Matte finish minimizes visible scratches and glare
• Pre-applied high-bond adhesive designed for exterior use

Will this kit fit my Tundra model?

These inserts are tailored exclusively for Toyota Tundra tailgates built from 2014 through 2021. They match the OEM letter spacing and groove dimensions, so they sit flush where the original letters belong.

• Compatible models: Tundra 2014–2021 only
• Not compatible with other years or different tailgate designs
• Each letter shaped to align with factory mounting grooves

How easy is installation and what preparation is needed?

Installation is a quick, tool-free process that typically takes 2–5 minutes when the tailgate groove is clean and dry. Wipe the area with alcohol or a recommended cleaner, dry thoroughly—heat with a heat gun if needed—then peel and press each letter into its groove for an immediate bond.

• Clean groove with alcohol cloth or suitable cleaner
• Dry and warm surface for best adhesive performance
• Press firmly; adhesion sets instantly, full cure occurs over time

What maintenance is required after installation?

Once attached, the matte-black ABS letters are low maintenance: wash like the rest of the truck and avoid harsh solvents. The adhesive is rated to withstand rain and automatic car washes, but hand-inspect edges periodically to ensure a tight bond.

• Safe to clean with standard car soaps and brushes
• Avoid aggressive paint strippers or harsh industrial chemicals
• Re-seat any loose edges promptly with adhesive if needed
