RACE GLAZE Polish & Sealant 16 oz Bottle — polish + micro-abrasive gloss & siloxane sealant for UV and pollutant protection

RACE GLAZE Polish & Sealant is a three-in-one bottle that polishes paint, fills fine defects and leaves a breathable protective siloxane sealant in a single easy step.

This 16-ounce concentrate combines light abrasion, gloss-enhancing oils and a durable poly/aminofunctional siloxane top layer to tidy paintwork and slow deterioration from environmental exposure. Instead of separate polish, glaze and sealant stages, this formula smooths micro-marring, enhances depth and deposits a breathable barrier that stands up to UV, acid rain and airborne pollutants. It’s designed for hand or machine application on clearcoats and painted surfaces.

How does it improve shine without heavy rubbing?

The product contains fine abrasives that remove light swirl marks and oxidation while polymeric agents boost wet-look depth. This balance gives visible gloss improvement with minimal compounding, so you preserve clearcoat thickness.

• Micro-abrasives level minor defects without aggressive cutting
• Oils and gloss enhancers deliver reflective depth immediately
• Suitable for dual-action polishers or soft foam pads
• Hand-application yields reduced risk of burn-through on thin clearcoats

Will it protect paint from sun and contaminants?

After polishing action, the formula deposits a breathable siloxane-based sealant that resists fading and repels waterborne grime. The coating is engineered to withstand UV exposure, acid rain and common airborne pollutants, extending the visual life of treated panels.

• Poly/aminofunctional siloxane forms a flexible, long-lasting barrier
• Helps block UV-driven color fade and chalking
• Reduces adherence of road film and light pollutants
• Breathable film avoids trapping moisture beneath the layer

How do I use it for best results?

Work on cool, clean panels out of direct sunlight. Apply a small amount to a foam or microfiber pad and spread evenly; buff off to reveal gloss and then allow the sealant layer to cure as directed on the bottle. For heavier defects use a more aggressive pad first, then finish with the product for sealant deposition.

• Wash and decontaminate surface before application
• Use a soft foam pad for finishing or light-cut pad for mild compounding
• Buff off residue with a clean microfiber towel to maximize shine
• Allow sealant to cure per instructions for optimum durability

How long will the protection last and how often should I reapply?

Longevity depends on conditions, but the siloxane barrier delivers season-long resistance under typical driving and storage. Reapply when water no longer beads effectively or when gloss diminishes; for most vehicles this is every 3–6 months if driving frequently.

• Typical durability: several months in normal conditions
• High-UV or heavy-pollution areas may need more frequent reapplication
• Top off with a spray detailer between full applications to extend life
• Inspect bead and gloss as a quick reapplication trigger
