RAYBAO 1200W Rotary Buffer Polisher — 6/7in Plates, 1600–3500 RPM Variable Speed, Full Accessory Kit

The RAYBAO 1200W Rotary Buffer Polisher is a professional-grade car detailing tool that delivers adjustable 1600–3500 RPM power and a full accessory kit for polishing, waxing, and defect removal.

Built around a heat-resistant pure copper motor, this rotary polisher balances sustained torque with user control so you can restore paintwork, remove swirls, and apply wax without overheating the machine. The unit ships with both 6-inch and 7-inch hook-and-loop backing plates, a selection of foam, wool, and microfiber pads, sandpapers, two handles, and spare carbon brushes—making it ready for cars, boats, furniture, and general surface finishing right out of the box.

How much power and speed control does the RAYBAO buffer offer?

The polisher uses a 1200W pure copper motor engineered for continuous work and improved thermal tolerance. A six-step variable dial covers a wide RPM range so you can match speed to material and task.

• Motor: 1200W pure copper for durability and long run times.
• Speed range: 1600–3500 RPM across 6 settings for precise control.
• Speed lock: safe-switch lock holds chosen speed during operation.

Which accessories are included and what tasks can they handle?

RAYBAO supplies a comprehensive accessory set to handle polishing, waxing, compounding, and light sanding. Multiple pads and sandpapers let you work from aggressive defect removal to final finishing.

• Backplates: 6" and 7" hook-and-loop plates for pad interchangeability.
• Pads: wool polishing, flat foam, wave foam, and microfiber bonnets for varied finishes.
• Extras: sandpaper pads, spare carbon brushes, hex wrench, and two handles for comfortable grip options.

Is the tool easy and safe to use for extended jobs?

Ergonomics and safety were considered to reduce fatigue and maintain consistent results during longer sessions. Two detachable handles (D-handle and side handle) plus a nearly 10-foot cord increase reach and control when detailing larger vehicles or boats.

• Handles: detachable D-handle and side handle for multiple grip positions.
• Cord length: 9.85 ft for extended reach without frequent repositioning.
• Safety: lockable on/off switch to maintain selected speed safely.

What surfaces and projects is this buffer suitable for?

Beyond automotive paint, the RAYBAO rotary polisher adapts to several materials—use different pads and speeds to treat metal, wood, ceramic, and coated surfaces. It’s useful for hobbyists, detail shops, and DIY restorations that need a versatile polishing tool.

• Automotive: removing swirls, oxidation, light scratches, and applying wax.
