RAYBAO Mini Polisher 2in/3in 750W Random Orbital — 12mm Throw, Variable Speed

This lightweight polisher combines concentrated power with a small footprint so you can reach trim, mirror housings, headlights and other narrow areas without juggling larger rotary tools. Designed for both hobbyists and professional detailers, it delivers controlled orbital action, a variable speed range, and an extended power cord to let you work comfortably around a vehicle or boat. Included trapezoidal pads and two chassis sizes make it versatile for finishing, polishing and light correction.

How does the 12mm eccentric throw change polishing performance?

The 12mm orbital offset increases the polishing path compared with smaller mini polishers, creating faster material removal while still reducing swirl marks versus a rotary machine. That extra throw helps cover more surface area per pass, so you spend less time on moderate defects. It’s especially effective when paired with the compact 2" and 3" pads for precise work.

• 12mm eccentricity boosts polishing speed and efficiency.
• Random orbital motion minimizes heat buildup and holograms.
• Maintains control in tight curves and recessed panels.

What tasks can I realistically accomplish with the 2" and 3" chassis?

The small backing plates are intended for detail-centric tasks where full-size polishers can’t reach. Use them to correct light swirls, refresh headlights, polish mirrors, or blend paint near edges. The included trapezoidal pads increase contact area while avoiding excessive pressure points.

• Headlight restoration and trim polishing.
• Detailing around badges, door handles, and mirrors.
• Spot-correction on doors, bumpers and tight panel junctions.

Is the motor power and speed range suitable for professional results?

With 750W of input power and a six-step variable speed (2000–5500 OPM), the tool strikes a balance between power and control. Lower speeds are ideal for applying compounds and delicate finishes; higher speeds assist with light defect removal. The motor supplies steady torque for consistent pad behavior across different tasks.

• 750W motor for sustained polishing performance.
• Six speed settings spanning 2000–5500 OPM for versatility.
• Stable torque prevents stalling under load.

What accessories and support come with the polisher?

The kit includes 16 trapezoidal pads designed to improve contact and reduce uneven pressure, plus a 16 ft (5 m) cord for reach during outdoor or shop work. RAYBAO backs the product with a 24-month warranty and responsive after-sales support, simplifying replacement or troubleshooting if needed.

• Sixteen trapezoid pads for balanced contact and safer polishing.
• Long 16 ft / 5 m extension cord for mobility around vehicles.
• 24-month warranty with customer support response within 24 hours.

Who is this for? Detailers who need a compact but capable polisher will appreciate this model: professional detail shops tackling tight panel work, enthusiasts restoring headlights or refreshing trim, and boat or motorcycle owners who require a small tool for confined surfaces. If you want a controlled random-orbit machine that fits where full-size polishers cannot, this RAYBAO mini polisher offers a practical mix of power, precision and accessories to get the job done.
