Sailnovo 20 Cu Ft Hitch Cargo Carrier Soft Shell Bag — Waterproof 1000D PVC, Lockable for 60" x 24" Rack

The Sailnovo 20 Cu Ft Hitch Cargo Carrier Soft Shell Bag is a waterproof, lockable PVC storage solution that secures and protects up to 20 cubic feet of gear on a 60" x 24" hitch rack.

This heavy-duty soft shell carrier is built for road trips, camping, and moving when you need extra cargo space without a roof box. Constructed from 1000D three-layer PVC with reinforced seams, an extended zipper flap, and reflective accents, the Sailnovo bag combines weather resistance with theft deterrence and easy handling.

How does the Sailnovo bag stay stable on a hitch carrier?

The bag uses eight adjustable wide straps to anchor it to your hitch-mounted rack, reducing shifting compared with designs that only use six straps. The strap layout accommodates racks of varying heights and helps distribute weight evenly for safer travel.

• Eight reinforced straps with adjustable buckles for secure attachment
• Wider strap design to reduce movement and abrasion
• Compatible with common carrier sizes up to 60" x 24"

What weather protection and security features are included?

This cargo bag is made from thick 1000D 3-layer PVC and sealed with reinforced seams, keeping contents dry in rain or snow when filled correctly. A flap over the zipper, Velcro reinforcement, and an integrated combination lock keep the zippers secured, while reflective strips improve nighttime visibility.

• 1000D 3-layer PVC fabric resists punctures and moisture
• Extended zipper flap plus Velcro to limit water entry
• Combination lock and strong zipper pulls for theft deterrence
• Reflective strips for better roadside visibility at night

How much can it carry and how do I load it safely?

With internal volume of 20 cubic feet and external dimensions of roughly 60" x 24" x 24", the Sailnovo bag fits about five medium suitcases or equivalent camping gear. Use the side handles to help position the bag, but support the base when heavily loaded and obey your hitch rack’s weight limit to avoid overstressing the handles.

• Dimensions: 60" L x 24" W x 24" H; 20 cu ft capacity
• Holds multiple suitcases, tents, sleeping bags, or sporting gear
• Two sturdy side handles for lifting; support bottom when full
• Best practice: fill bag to minimize water pooling in low spots

Will this bag fit my vehicle and what types of trips is it best for?

The Sailnovo hitch cargo bag is designed to fit most standard hitch-mounted carriers on cars, SUVs, and trucks, especially racks close to 60" x 24". It’s versatile for weekend camping, long road trips, moving boxes, or hauling bulky sporting equipment where you need weather protection and extra volume.

• Designed for common hitch rack platforms and sizes
• Works well on cars, SUVs, and trucks with hitch carriers
• Useful for camping, road trips, sports gear, and moving needs
