Sailnovo Rooftop Cargo Carrier Bag 20 cu ft — Waterproof, Aerodynamic Soft Roof Storage

The Sailnovo Aerodynamic Rooftop Cargo Carrier Bag is a 20 cubic-foot, weather-resistant storage solution that secures large loads on most vehicles while reducing wind drag and road noise.

Designed for families, road-trippers, and outdoor enthusiasts who need extra cargo room without a permanent roof rack, this soft rooftop carrier combines roomy capacity with a streamlined profile. Built from heavy-duty, PVC-coated fabric and supplied with reinforced straps, an anti-slip mat, and mounting hardware, it keeps gear organized and anchored during cross-country trips. Read on for quick answers to common buyer questions and what to expect when using this bag.

How much gear will the 20 Cuft Sailnovo roof bag hold?

This 51" x 39" x 17" carrier gives you roughly 20 cubic feet of storage, enough for luggage for 4–6 people or bulky items like sleeping bags, tents, and duffel bags. The rectangular footprint maximizes usable volume while staying aerodynamic.

• Dimensions: 51" L x 39" W x 17" H
• Typical load: suitcases, camping gear, stroller, blankets
• Capacity: accommodates multiple medium suitcases or several large duffels

Will the bag stay secure and protect my car’s roof?

Sailnovo includes reinforced straps, detachable fasteners, door hooks, and an anti-slip mat to minimize shifting and prevent scratches. The system distributes load tension across attachment points, and the anti-slip mat helps resist lateral movement during turns or sudden stops.

• Includes 4 detachable straps and 2 reinforced straps for anchoring
• Anti-slip mat reduces abrasion and shifting
• Door hooks and luggage lock add security and peace of mind

How weatherproof and durable is the rooftop bag?

Constructed from military-grade fabric with a PVC coating, the Sailnovo bag resists tears and sheds water better than standard fabrics. The zipperless, tapered design helps water run off, but note it’s not guaranteed to be fully watertight in extreme storms—positioning the seam forward improves protection.

• Material: PVC-coated, tear-resistant military-grade fabric
• Design note: zipperless edge should face forward to reduce leakage
• Not fully submersible—avoid prolonged exposure during severe weather

Is the Sailnovo rooftop carrier easy to install on any vehicle?

Yes — it fits most cars, SUVs, vans, and small trucks regardless of roof racks, as long as the roof area exceeds the bag footprint. Clear instructions and an installation video get the bag mounted in minutes; trim straps and adjust anchors to match your vehicle’s door spacing.

• Works with or without roof racks and crossbars
• Fast installation with included straps, hooks, and mat
• Storage bag included for compact packing when not in use
