Sorello Valve Cover Gasket Set for Ford & Lincoln VS50814R/VS50722 — Rubberized OE-Fit Seal, 3.5L Compatible

Sorello Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set VS50814R/VS50722 is a direct-fit replacement gasket kit engineered to restore a sealed valve cover assembly on compatible Ford and Lincoln engines.

If your vehicle is showing oil seepage from the valve cover area, or you hear increased valve-train noise, this gasket set offers a straightforward repair option. The kit matches OE geometry and uses a rubberized compound to resist oil, heat, and vibration so you can re-establish the original sealing surface without modifying the engine. Before ordering, verify vehicle fitment against the listed part numbers and model years to ensure compatibility.

Which vehicles and part numbers does this set work with?

This Sorello gasket set corresponds to OE references VS50814R, VS50722, BR3Z6C535A, and several aftermarket cross-references. It fits many Ford and Lincoln models equipped with the matching non-turbo 3.5L and other specified engines produced in the listed years.

• Ford: Edge (2011–2018), Explorer (2011–2019), F-150 (2011–2017), Flex (2013–2019), Mustang (2011–2017), Police Interceptor Sedan/Utility (2013–2019), Taurus (2013–2019), Transit 150/250/350/350 HD (2015–2020).
• Lincoln: Continental (2017–2020), MKS (2013–2016), MKT (2013–2019), MKX (2011–2018), MKZ (2013–2016).
• Not compatible with 3.5L V6 turbocharged engines; confirm fitment using the vehicle selector.

How does this gasket set improve engine reliability?

The Sorello gasket set uses a durable rubberized sealing compound and precise molding to re-create the factory sealing surface. That reduces the chances of oil leaks, prevents oil contamination of ignition components, and helps maintain stable engine compartment temperatures by limiting heat transfer.

• Rubberized compound resists oil breakdown and engine heat.
• Accurate dimensions replicate OE sealing geometry for leak prevention.
• Durable construction reduces the need for repeated replacements.

What should I expect during installation?

These gaskets are manufactured to match the original part shape, making them suitable for both professional mechanics and experienced DIYers. Standard valve cover removal and reinstallation procedures apply; use proper torque settings and clean mating surfaces to ensure a long-lasting seal.

• Direct-replacement design—no cutting or reshaping required.
• Clean mating surfaces and follow torque specs for best results.
• Works well with routine tune-ups and valve cover service intervals.

Will this gasket reduce noise or improve performance?

While the gasket itself does not increase horsepower, restoring a proper seal can reduce oil leakage and isolate valve-train noise, which often makes the engine sound quieter and run more consistently. A good seal also prevents oil from fouling ignition components or sensors, supporting reliable engine operation.

• Helps reduce valve-train and oil-slap noise by sealing the cover.
• Limits heat transfer and protects surrounding components from oil spray.
• Supports consistent engine behavior by keeping lubrication where it belongs.

Who is this for: The Sorello Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set VS50814R/VS50722 is intended for owners and technicians maintaining compatible Ford and Lincoln vehicles who need a direct OE-fit replacement. It's a practical choice for preventive maintenance, leak repair, or during valve-cover service when a durable, accurately molded gasket is required. Always confirm the listed part numbers and vehicle fitment before purchase to ensure the correct application.
