Stayfree SM Arnold Refinishing Spray Paint - Light Gray 11 oz, Fast-Dry UV-Stable Automotive Interior/Exterior Coating

Stayfree SM Arnold Refinishing Spray Paint in Light Gray is a professional-grade aerosol coating made to restore, protect and color-match automotive interior and exterior surfaces with fast dry times and long-lasting adhesion.

This 11 oz aerosol is formulated for automotive pros and enthusiasts who need a durable, fade-resistant finish that preserves surface texture and works across a wide range of substrates. It dries to the touch quickly, adheres under normal conditions in minutes, and resists splitting, peeling and rubbing off. The formula is VOC-compliant and UV-stable, so it helps maintain color and prevents premature fading on trims, panels and interior components.

How does this spray paint perform on different vehicle materials?

The refinisher was engineered for broad compatibility: it bonds to plastics, metals and fabrics commonly found in cars without hiding original grain or texture. Recommended for leather, vinyl, carpet, ABS, PVC, polypropylene, acrylics, fiberglass and painted metal, it provides consistent coverage after proper surface preparation.

• Excellent adhesion to plastic trims and metal panels when surfaces are clean and dry.
• Maintains texture so leather and vinyl grain remain visible after application.
• Works with an adhesion promoter (#66-001) for difficult plastics like TPO and PPO.
• Suitable for both interior touch-ups and exterior small panel repairs.

What are the drying and application advantages for detailing and restoration?

This coating is fast-drying to keep projects moving: it becomes tack-free in about 90 seconds and reaches initial adhesion within roughly 10 minutes under standard lab conditions. The adjustable nozzle allows vertical or horizontal spray patterns to achieve even coverage and reduce overspray on trims and interior parts.

• Dries to touch quickly to speed multi-step refinishing work.
• Adjustable premium spray nozzle for control on detailed components.
• Sprays smoothly to mimic factory finishes when applied correctly.
• UV-enhanced formula improves color retention on exposed surfaces.

Will this keep its finish long-term and resist common wear?

The product is designed to resist cracking, peeling and rubbing off under normal use, providing a durable surface that withstands routine handling and light abrasion. When paired with proper surface prep and, when needed, an adhesion promoter, it offers stable, fade-resistant protection suitable for both restoration and color changes.

• Fade-resistant chemistry for extended appearance retention.
• Formulated to avoid splitting or flaking over time with correct application.
• Compatible with clear coats or topcoats if added protection or gloss is desired.
• Recommended dry times based on 72°F and 50% humidity for best performance.

Who is this for: technicians, detailers, restorers and car owners who need a reliable, professional-grade aerosol for interior trim, plastic parts and small exterior repairs. If you require quick-drying, durable refinishing that preserves original grain and delivers a factory-correct look on a range of automotive surfaces, this Stayfree SM Arnold 11 oz light gray spray is built to meet those needs.
