SUNSHINE FARMRE 3-Point 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter — Category 1, 3 Ball Sizes & Heavy-Duty Hook

SUNSHINE FARMRE's 3 Point 2" trailer hitch receiver is a Category 1 quick-hitch adapter that includes 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" tow balls plus a heavy-duty towing hook for versatile, rust-resistant tractor towing.

This all-in-one three-point hitch accessory is engineered to let small and mid-size tractors handle trailers, implements, and pull-heavy tasks without swapping multiple parts. Built from 3mm powder-coated stainless steel, the unit resists corrosion and stands up to outdoor work. The receiver uses a standard 2" opening and includes a 7/8" lift pin for Category 1 compatibility, making it suitable for many compact tractor models and quick-hitch systems.

How does this hitch simplify switching between trailers and implements?

By combining three common ball sizes and a towing hook in a single adapter, the SUNSHINE FARMRE hitch eliminates the need to change separate balls when swapping trailers. The standard 2" receiver and Category 1 lift pin let you attach or remove the adapter quickly from a variety of quick-hitch setups or lower links.

• Includes 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" tow balls for broad trailer compatibility.
• Standard 2" receiver fits commonplace trailer mounts and accessories.
• 7/8" Category 1 lift pin for fast, secure connection to three-point systems.
• Bottom-pin design eases use on both small and larger tractor frames.

What towing capacity and strength can I expect?

The adapter provides graduated tow ratings to match different ball sizes: the included balls support a range of tongue weights and gross trailer weights for light- to medium-duty tasks. The separate towing hook is rated for heavy pulls, and the entire assembly is fabricated from thick stainless steel with a protective powder finish to maintain strength in outdoor conditions.

• 1-7/8" ball suited for light trailers and utility carts.
• 2" ball rated for medium towing needs (commonly used on landscape trailers).
• 2-5/16" ball and hook support heavier loads; hook capacity up to 10,000 lbs.
• 3mm thick powder-coated stainless steel construction for durability.

Will this fit my tractor and quick hitch system?

The SUNSHINE FARMRE adapter is built for Category 1 three-point systems and most Category 1 quick hitches with a 2" receiver opening. Still, tractors vary; measuring the hitch spacing and ensuring your quick hitch accepts a 7/8" lift pin will help avoid fit issues.

• Designed for Category 1 tractors and quick-hitch attachments.
• Fits BX Kubota, smaller John Deere models, and similar compact tractors.
• Equipped with a 7/8" diameter class 1 lift pin as standard.
• Measure your tractor’s hitch and receiver before purchase for best fit.

How easy is installation and day-to-day use?

Installation is straightforward: line up the adapter with the quick hitch or lower links, insert the 7/8" lift pin, and secure it. The bottom-pin geometry and single 2" receiver opening reduce time swapping hardware, while the powder-coated finish keeps the unit low-maintenance during frequent outdoor use.

• Quick-connect using included Category 1 lifting pins.
• Bottom-pin design improves alignment on smaller tractors.
• Low-maintenance powder coat reduces corrosion and cleaning needs.
• Convenient towing ring for chain pulls and debris removal tasks.

Who this is for: this SUNSHINE FARMRE 3-point 2" trailer hitch receiver is ideal for small-farm owners, landscapers, estate managers, and light construction crews who need one durable adapter to tow multiple trailer types and perform heavy pulls without changing hardware. If you operate a Category 1 tractor, use a quick-hitch system, and want a corrosion-resistant, all-in-one towing solution, this kit streamlines work and reduces time spent swapping tow balls.
