TAOPOWER Smoke Machine Portable EVAP Leak Tester — Built-in Pump, Thick Smoke in 10s

This compact diagnostic tool is built for mechanics and DIYers who need a fast, reliable way to locate leaks in EVAP, intake, vacuum, turbo, cooling and exhaust systems. With a built-in air pump and safety protections, it delivers visible smoke within 10 seconds so you can pinpoint tiny breaches in hoses, seals, gaskets and plumbing without dismantling major assemblies.

How quickly can this smoke tester reveal leaks?

The unit starts producing thick, visible smoke in about 10 seconds after power-up so you can start inspections immediately. Fast smoke generation shortens diagnostic time and helps catch small leaks that might otherwise be missed during pressure tests.

• Smoke appears within roughly 10 seconds of startup.
• Dense smoke highlights even hairline gaps and pinholes.
• Suitable for short inspections or extended leak tracing sessions.

What vehicle systems and parts can it test?

This machine is multi-functional and designed for a wide range of applications, including EVAP systems, vacuum lines, intake manifolds, low-pressure turbo circuits, EGR/cooling plumbing and exhaust leaks. It works on cars, motorcycles and many light vehicles, making it versatile in shop or roadside scenarios.

• EVAP canister and purge line leaks.
• Vacuum hoses, intake gaskets and turbo boost plumbing.
• Cooling pipe joints, EGR passages and muffler/exhaust joints.

What safety and portability features does it offer?

TAOPOWER integrated intelligent protections to keep the tool and operator safe: it automatically shuts off if internal temperature surpasses 75°C and endures cold conditions down to -20°C. At about 1.9 kg the smoke machine is lightweight and easy to carry between bays or to remote jobs.

• Overheat automatic shutoff above 75°C for safe operation.
• Freeze-resistant design rated down to -20°C for outdoor use.
• Compact 1.9 kg housing for simple transport and storage.

How does the built-in air pump improve diagnostics?

The internal pump removes the need for external compressors, so you can create controlled smoke output anywhere—shop bench, roadside, or garage. Portable pumping means fewer setup steps and faster troubleshooting without additional gear.

• Integrated pump supplies consistent smoke flow for accurate tracing.
• No external air source required—ready out of the case.
• Stable output helps locate leaks in low-pressure systems reliably.

Who is this for? The TAOPOWER Smoke Machine is aimed at professional mechanics, mobile technicians and knowledgeable vehicle owners who want a non-destructive, rapid method to detect leaks across EVAP, vacuum and low-pressure systems. It suits small shops that need a portable diagnostic tool and enthusiasts performing detailed troubleshooting who value speed, safety features and easy transport.
