Ucreative 4" Reinforced Silicone Straight Coupler Hose with T-Bolt Clamps — 4-ply, 5mm Wall, High-Temp

Ucreative Straight 4" Reinforced Silicone Coupler Hose with T-Bolt Clamps is a durable, 4-inch ID, 4-ply silicone connector supplied with two heavy-duty T-bolt clamps for secure joins in turbo and intake systems.

This reinforced silicone coupler is engineered to join straight sections of turbo piping, intercooler runs, or intake plumbing where a compact, reliable connection is needed. Built from a 4-ply silicone wall with 5 mm thickness, it balances flexibility and strength for under-hood applications across a wide temperature range. The kit includes two stainless-style T-bolt clamps to ensure consistent compression and a leak-resistant seal when tightened.

How does this coupler withstand engine bay temperatures and pressure?

The Ucreative coupler is rated for extreme temperatures and moderate burst pressure, making it suitable for varied operating conditions. The 4-ply silicone construction resists heat, cold and short-term thermal cycles while maintaining shape under boost loads.

• Temperature range: -60°C to 230°C (-140°F to 428°F)
• Bursting pressure: 2 MPa (approx. 290 psi)
• Wall thickness: 5 mm (0.197 in) for rigidity and durability
• Designed for repeated clamp cycles without rapid degradation

Will this fit my intercooler or turbo piping setup?

The coupler has a 4.0 inch (101.6 mm) inner diameter and a 4.0 inch (101.6 mm) length, so it’s intended for straight inline joins between matching pipe ends. It suits universal piping layouts where a short, straight transition is required and works best with pipes prepared for clamp-style joinery.

• Inner diameter: 4.0 inches (101.6 mm)
• Length: 4.0 inches (101.6 mm)
• Compatible with most 4" rigid aluminum or stainless pipe ends
• Best for straight connectors, not angled/offset joints

What hardware is included and how do the T-bolt clamps perform?

The package contains one straight silicone coupler and two T-bolt clamps sized to fit the 4" ID coupler. T-bolt clamps provide a wider contact surface and more uniform compression than worm-gear clamps, reducing the chance of leaks or blow-off at higher boost pressures when properly torqued.

• Includes: 1x straight silicone hose, 2x T-bolt clamps
• T-bolt design for even clamping force across the hose bead
• Durable tightening mechanism for secure, repeatable clamping
• Clamps suit aftermarket and factory-style tubing with 4" ends

How long will the coupler last and how should it be maintained?

Longevity depends on operating conditions and installation quality; properly installed and torqued clamps plus avoidance of abrasive contact will maximize life. The silicone resists oil, coolant splash, and ozone better than many rubber compounds, and the reinforced 4-ply wall helps resist collapse under vacuum or deformation under heat.

• Avoid sharp bends or pinching that stress the silicone wall
• Inspect clamps periodically and re-torque after initial heat cycles
• Keep away from direct contact with exhaust components to prevent thermal damage
• Replace if visible cracking, blistering or excessive deformation appears

Who is this for: The Ucreative 4" reinforced silicone coupler is aimed at DIY tuners, performance shops and vehicle owners upgrading or repairing turbo, supercharger or intercooler plumbing who need a compact, sturdy straight connector. It’s ideal for applications requiring a reliable, universal 4" joiner that tolerates wide temperature swings and provides secure clamping with included T-bolt hardware.
