VEVOR Radiator Vacuum Refill Kit — Universal Coolant Filling Tool with Gauge, 4 Adapters & Toolbox

VEVOR Radiator Vacuum Refill Kit is a portable tool that evacuates air from a cooling system and refills coolant under vacuum to prevent airlocks and simplify bleeding.

This kit combines a vacuum gauge, multiple radiator adapters, a clear fill hose, and a compact toolbox so you can remove trapped air and top up coolant quickly and cleanly. It connects to a standard shop air compressor to pull a controlled vacuum in the cooling system, creating a suction fill that reduces spills, speeds service, and helps ensure consistent coolant circulation without repeated engine runs.

How does the vacuum refill method improve coolant filling?

Filling under vacuum draws coolant into the system by suction rather than by pouring, which greatly reduces the chance of trapped pockets of air. The precise gauge lets you monitor vacuum level so you get a complete fill before releasing pressure, avoiding the need for long bleeding cycles or multiple warm-up checks.

• Creates controlled vacuum to pull coolant into tight passages
• Reduces air pockets that can cause overheating hotspots
• Saves time versus traditional gravity or pressure-only fills
• Transparent hose and filter show flow and block debris

Will this kit fit my vehicle’s radiator neck?

The VEVOR kit includes several adapter sizes plus a tapered universal fitting to match most radiator openings on cars, light trucks and SUVs. With four fixed OD adapters and a flexible taper, it covers many OEM neck diameters used by common brands so you won’t need a special tool for each vehicle.

• Adapters: 35, 40, 45, 55 mm outer diameters
• Tapered universal adapter fits approx. 0.55–1.8 in necks
• Compatible with a wide range of passenger vehicles and light trucks
• Thread seal tape and brass connectors for secure attachments

What components are included and how durable are they?

The refill tool is machined from aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance, while brass quick-connects provide reliable seals to your compressor and radiator fittings. A shock-resistant vacuum gauge indicates pull in cmHg and inHg, and the clear 1 m fill hose has an inline filter to prevent contaminants from entering the cooling loop.

• High-strength aluminum refill assembly for long service life
• Brass quick connectors with included thread tape for leak-free joins
• Shock-resistant vacuum gauge (-30 to 0 inHg / -76 to 0 cmHg)
• 1 m transparent hose with filter plus US and EU compressor nozzles

How do I store and transport the tool safely?

All parts come in a compact dustproof, water-resistant toolbox that keeps adapters, hose and gauge organized and protected. The case makes it easy to carry to the shop or store in a vehicle without losing small fittings, and the molded interior prevents accidental damage to the gauge and connectors.

• Waterproof toolbox with molded compartments for each component
• Neat storage prevents misplacing adapters and quick-connects
• Portable size ideal for mobile mechanics or DIY storage
• Carry-ready and protects the gauge during transport

Who is this for? The VEVOR Radiator Vacuum Refill Kit suits DIY mechanics, independent shops, and fleet technicians who want a faster, cleaner method to refill cooling systems without repeated bleeding or spills. It’s built for anyone who works on a wide variety of cars, SUVs and light trucks and needs a reliable, portable vacuum-fill solution with clear visual feedback and durable fittings. Always follow safety guidelines: never open a hot cooling system, and use eye protection and gloves when servicing coolant circuits.
