VHT Caliper Paint Gloss Bright Yellow, 11 oz — Heat‑Resistant Ceramic Formula, EZ Touch Nozzle

VHT Caliper Paint in Bright Yellow is a heat‑resistant aerosol finish formulated to protect and color brake calipers while withstanding temperatures up to 900°F.

Designed for automotive enthusiasts and professional detailers, this 11 oz spray delivers a glossy, durable coating specially engineered for brake components. Its ceramic‑enhanced resins resist extreme heat, road chemicals, and brake dust so the finish stays vibrant under heavy use. Fast drying and easy to apply, the formula includes an EZ Touch conical nozzle for precise spraying on calipers, rotors, and drums. Proper surface preparation is important to achieve the longest lasting result.

How does VHT Caliper Paint handle high temperatures and driving stress?

The formula uses ceramic resins that tolerate intermittent temperatures up to 900°F (482°C), minimizing bubbling, cracking, and fading during normal and spirited driving. It’s formulated to maintain adhesion and gloss even when exposed to repeated heat cycles.

• Ceramic‑enhanced resins for high heat resistance
• Engineered to resist chipping from road debris and brake dust
• Maintains color and gloss through thermal cycling

How quickly will the calipers be ready after painting?

VHT Caliper Paint dries rapidly so you can reassemble wheels sooner. The surface becomes dry to the touch in about 30 minutes and can be handled after roughly one hour, though full chemical and mechanical cure continues afterward.

• Dry to the touch: ~30 minutes under recommended conditions
• Safe to handle/reinstall after ≈1 hour
• Allow additional cure time before heavy use for best durability

What preparation and parts can I use this paint on?

Careful prep is essential for a durable finish: remove loose rust, old paint, grease, and brake fluid contaminants, then clean and dry the surface. This paint is intended for brake calipers, rotors and drums, and performs best when applied to a clean, bare or primed metal surface.

• Strip or sand to remove loose coatings and corrosion
• Clean with solvent and ensure surfaces are dry
• Works on calipers, rotors, drums, and other brake components

What tools and technique give the best finish?

The included EZ Touch conical nozzle helps you control spray flow for even coverage and reduced overspray. Hold the can at the recommended distance, apply several light coats rather than one heavy coat, and allow proper flash time between passes for a smooth, glossy result.

• Use EZ Touch conical nozzle for precision and control
• Spray several thin coats, keeping the can moving
• Observe manufacturer’s flash and drying intervals for best adhesion
