WOBANK 16" Rivet Nut Tool Kit — 12 Mandrels & 230 Rivnuts, Long-Lever 16" Hand Tool with Case

The WOBANK 16" Rivet Nut Tool Kit is a complete nutsert solution that installs blind rivet nuts quickly and reliably with 12 mandrels and 230 rivnuts for metric and imperial threads.

This all-in-one kit bundles a 16-inch hand rivet nut tool with 12 changeable mandrels, 230 assorted rivet nuts, a multipurpose wrench, protective gloves and a clear instruction manual, all organized in a durable blow-molded case. The tool’s long lever and anti-slip rubber handles reduce hand strain while a handle connecting-rod design speeds nut release after only a few squeezes. Hardened carbon-steel construction and heat treatment increase corrosion resistance and longevity, making the set suitable for workshop, automotive and field use.

How does the WOBANK rivet nut tool speed installation?

The tool’s longer 16" lever increases mechanical advantage, so each squeeze applies more force with less hand effort. A built-in connecting rod simplifies removal of installed nuts — the fast-release triggers after two to three squeezes — cutting cycle time for repetitive work.

• 16-inch lever for greater mechanical advantage
• Handle connecting rod for automatic rivnut release
• Ergonomic rubber-coated curved grips to reduce hand fatigue
• Comes with glove and wrench to speed setup and safety

Which sizes and threads are included, and how do I switch mandrels?

The kit includes 12 mandrels covering common metric sizes (M3–M12) and SAE threads (10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13). Mandrel changes are straightforward: use the supplied wrench to remove the nosepiece, swap the chosen mandrel, and tighten for the next thread type.

• Metric: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12
• Imperial: 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13
• Mandrels stored in labeled plastic compartments for quick selection
• Wrench included to remove and install mandrels safely

What materials and projects is this rivet nut kit best for?

This heavy-duty nutsert kit works across thin metal, sheet metal, tubing, and composite panels where a load-bearing threaded insert is needed. It’s a practical choice for automotive repairs, appliance assembly, furniture manufacturing, maintenance and construction applications requiring blind-side fastening.

• Ideal for steel, aluminum, and thin-wall tubing
• Common uses: automotive panels, electronics chassis, guard rails
• Compatible with both metric and imperial fasteners for mixed fleets
• Includes protective gloves for safer handling during installation

Who is this for? The WOBANK rivet nut tool kit targets mechanics, fabricators, maintenance technicians, contractors and DIYers who need a portable, durable nutsert solution that handles multiple thread standards. If you install threaded inserts in confined or blind locations, prefer a tool that reduces hand strain and comes organized for quick jobsite setup, this kit provides the parts and hardware to get work done efficiently.
