X-Haibei RV Range Hood Exhaust Vent Cover White — Lockable Weatherproof Exterior Damper

X-Haibei RV Range Hood Exhaust Vent Cover is a lockable white exterior damper that vents stove and bathroom exhaust from motorhomes, trailers and campers while keeping weather and pests out.

Designed for RVers and DIYers who need a reliable exterior termination for range hood or bathroom vents, this cover balances weather resistance, automatic damper action and an easy-fit collar. Constructed from high-impact, weatherproof materials, the unit installs on a standard 3.5" x 10.3" rough opening and includes hardware so you can secure it quickly and start using your ventilation fan with confidence.

How does this vent cover perform in outdoor conditions?

The X-Haibei vent cover uses durable, weatherproof plastic that stands up to sun, rain and road vibration without cracking or warping. A spring-loaded damper closes when the fan is off, reducing backdrafts, insects and debris from entering the RV.

• High-impact weatherproof construction for long service life
• Spring-action damper blocks wind and pests when idle
• White finish resists discoloration and blends with most RV exteriors

Will it fit my motorhome or trailer opening?

Measure your existing rough opening to confirm fit—the flange and collar sizes are designed for common RV vent cutouts. The exterior flange and collar dimensions make it simple to position and seal against the vehicle skin for a secure installation.

• Exterior flange: 5.3" x 11.5" for surface coverage
• Rough opening compatibility: 3.5" x 10.3"
• Collar length: 1.8" to reach ducting comfortably

How easy is installation and what’s included?

Installation is straightforward for a handy owner or technician: align the flange over the rough opening, secure with screws, and attach the duct to the collar. The package ships with ten screws and a lockable damper so you have the parts needed to mount and secure the exterior cap right away.

• Includes 10 screws to anchor flange to exterior
• Lockable damper for added security at the vent outlet
• Simple collar for duct attachment—no specialty tools required

What maintenance does the vent cover require?

Routine maintenance is minimal: occasionally inspect and clean the damper area to remove road grime and debris that could interfere with movement. If used in extremely salty or muddy environments, rinse and check fasteners periodically for snugness.

• Rinse exterior occasionally to remove salt and grime
• Check damper movement and clear obstructions
• Retighten screws if vibration loosens them over time

Who is this for: The X-Haibei RV Range Hood Exhaust Vent Cover is ideal for RV owners, camper renovators and repair shops that need a straightforward, durable solution for range hood or bathroom exhaust termination. It suits anyone replacing a worn vent cap, upgrading to a lockable damper for security, or fitting a new vent during a remodel—especially where weather resistance and a standard-size fit matter.
