Yiswhis RV Awning LED Light Strip 16.4FT RGB with App & 40-Key Remote, Waterproof Outdoor

Yiswhis 16.4FT RGB RV Awning Light Strip is a complete, app- and remote-controlled outdoor LED kit that adds vibrant, waterproof RGB lighting to your camper or RV awning in minutes.

Bring adjustable color and dynamic effects to your outdoor living area with a ready-to-install 16.4-foot LED strip designed for RVs, campers, trailers and awnings. The kit includes the LED strip, a control box, a 40-key remote, a car charger adapter, bare wire for hardwired setups, and a user guide — giving you both wireless app management and tactile remote control. The strip is slim (about 10mm wide), self-adhesive for quick mounting, and rated for outdoor use so you can brighten evenings at campsites, tailgates, or backyard gatherings.

How do I control the lights — app, remote, or both?

You can manage color, brightness and dynamic modes either with the included 40-key infrared remote or via a smartphone app for more precise customization and scene saving. The app typically offers color picking, scheduling and multi-mode effects, while the remote gives quick access to pre-set colors and speeds.

• 40-key remote for instant presets and brightness adjustments
• Smartphone app for color selection, schedules, and custom scenes
• Both control options let you switch modes without opening panels
• App support enables finer control for parties or subtle ambient light

What does installation look like on an RV awning?

Installation is designed to be fast and tool-light: the LED strip has 3M self-adhesive pads and a plug-in control box so you can mount and connect in minutes. For a secure fit, clean and dry surfaces before sticking the strip; use the included bare wire or car charger for power depending on your setup.

• Self-adhesive 3M backing for quick attachment to awning frames or rails
• Plug-in control box simplifies connections; bare wire included for custom wiring
• Car charger adapter for 12V vehicle power without hardwiring
• Compact 10mm-wide strip fits neatly under awnings and along trim

Is this strip suitable for outdoor use and rainy conditions?

The LED strip itself is waterproof and intended for outdoor exposure, so it withstands typical campsite and backyard conditions. However, note that the kit’s wiring, connectors and controller are not fully waterproof — take care to seal connections and position the controller where it stays dry.

• Waterproof LED strip material for damp or dewy conditions
• Protect connectors and control box from direct rain or puddles
• Use silicone or weatherproof covers for long-term installations
• Suitable for awnings, trailers, motorhomes, food trucks, and patios

What customization and lighting effects can I expect?

The RGB strip supports a broad palette of colors and dynamic modes like fades, flashes and color cycles, so you can set festive scenes or low-key ambient lighting. The remote gives quick-access presets while the app enables fine-tuning of hues, speeds and brightness for specific moods.

• Full RGB color range with adjustable brightness
• Multiple dynamic modes: strobe, fade, cycle, and more
• App scene saving and scheduling for automated lighting routines
• Remote shortcuts for instant party or relaxation modes
