ZESUPER 4500 lb Electric Winch 12V for ATV UTV Boat — IP67 Waterproof, 43 ft Nylon Rope

The ZESUPER 4500 lb 12V electric winch is a compact, IP67 waterproof recovery winch with 43 ft nylon rope, wireless and wired controls, and a 4,500 lb rated pull for ATVs, UTVs, boats and trailers.

If you need a dependable recovery solution that balances power, weather protection and easy installation, this ZESUPER winch is engineered for outdoor and off-road use. It pairs a 2.0HP pure copper motor with a 166:1 gear ratio and a three-stage planetary gear set, delivering reliable line pull while the auto-brake system secures loads during power interruptions. The kit ships with a mounting plate and hardware so you can fit it to small vehicles quickly.

How much pulling power and gearing does this winch provide?

The winch is rated to pull up to 4,500 pounds thanks to its 2.0HP pure copper permanent magnet motor and a 166:1 gear ratio. The internal three-stage planetary gears increase torque efficiently and the automatic brake holds the line if power is lost, helping to keep a load secure.

• 4,500 lb rated line pull under standard conditions
• 166:1 gear ratio with three-stage planetary gearing
• Auto-brake system locks load during power interruption
• 2.0HP pure copper motor for sustained operation

Is this winch durable and weatherproof enough for marine or cold environments?

The winch carries an IP67 dust and waterproof rating, so it resists immersion and heavy moisture exposure. It uses a UV-resistant 43 ft nylon rope that weighs far less than steel cable and reduces snap-back risk while remaining usable in wet and low-temperature conditions.

• IP67 rated for dust-tight and temporary immersion protection
• 43 ft UV-resistant nylon rope, lightweight and flexible
• Matte black finish resists corrosion, scratches and wear
• Nylon rope absorbs energy to minimize snap-back hazards versus steel

How simple is installation and what controls are included?

Installation is designed to be straightforward: the package includes a mounting plate and all required hardware, and the upgraded solenoid wiring reduces short-circuit risk. You get both a wireless remote and a wired control, so you can operate the winch from the vehicle or at a distance when needed.

• Complete kit: mounting plate and hardware included
• Upgraded solenoid with simplified wiring (yellow/blue to winch, red/black to battery)
• Wireless remote for distance operation and a wired control for backup
• Typical full installation can be completed quickly with basic tools

What safety and support features should I expect?

The design focuses on safer recovery with a rope that reduces whiplash and an auto-brake for holding loads. ZESUPER also provides lifetime technical support and dedicated after-sales service, with local warehouses and experienced support staff available if you need help during setup or maintenance.

• Energy-absorbing nylon rope to limit snap-back and whiplash risks
• Auto-brake for load-holding during power loss
• Lifetime technical support and premium after-sales service
• Local warehouses for faster parts and support response
