ZFE Diamond Polishing Pads 4-inch 9-Piece Kit — 50–3000 Grit, 5/8"-11 Backing Plate

These ZFE 4-inch diamond polishing pads form a 9-piece dry/wet polishing kit (50–3000 grit plus buff) with a 5/8"-11 backing plate to restore and refine stone and concrete surfaces.

Whether you're refurbishing a chipped countertop, smoothing a concrete step, or refining a newly installed stone surface, the ZFE diamond polishing set supplies progressive grits and a hook-and-loop backing plate to speed up polishing and deliver a high-gloss finish. Constructed from diamond particles embedded in resin, these pads balance grinding strength and flexibility for consistent results on granite, marble, quartz, terrazzo and concrete.

How does this kit progress from grinding to high gloss?

The set includes coarse through ultra-fine grits so you can move methodically from material removal to final shine. Start with the lowest-numbered pad to correct defects, then advance through grits to remove scratches and produce gloss.

• Includes 50#, 100#, 200#, 400#, 800#, 1500#, 3000# and buff pads for staged polishing.
• Follow grit order—coarse to fine—for efficient scratch removal and better clarity.
• Use wet or dry techniques; wet reduces dust and often improves final luster.

What surfaces and edges can I safely polish with these pads?

These 4-inch pads are sized for flat areas, small edges, and curved profiles commonly found in countertops, steps and tile. The resin-bonded diamond formula performs on both natural and engineered stones without aggressive chipping when used properly.

• Suitable for granite, marble, quartz, terrazzo, glazed or vitrified tiles and concrete.
• Works on both flat tops and rounded or bullnose edges with controlled pressure.
• Safe for glass surfaces in light polishing tasks when used cautiously.

How easy is it to mount and swap these pads during a job?

Each pad uses a hook-and-loop backing to attach quickly to the included 5/8"-11 threaded backing plate. This system minimizes downtime, making grit changes fast so you can maintain momentum on larger projects.

• 5/8"-11 backing plate threads directly onto most standard polishers and grinders.
• Hook-and-loop fastenings allow instant pad changes without tools.
• Balanced plate size and pad diameter reduce wobble and uneven wear.
