Accessories for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles in Canada: J1772 Level 1 and Level 2 portable chargers, NACS-to-J1772 and J1772-to-NACS adapters, cable hooks and bags, charge port covers, all-weather floor liners cut for flat EV floors and the small items that suit a car with a big battery. Cold matters here more than anywhere: a cable that stays flexible at minus twenty is not a luxury.

What to look for: a charging unit that states its amperage and plug type (NEMA 5-15 for Level 1, NEMA 14-50 or a hardwired unit for Level 2), a cUL or CSA mark for anything that plugs into a Canadian outlet, an outdoor IP rating, and an operating temperature range that includes your winter. Adapters must name both the vehicle port and the charger plug they bridge.
