Aaiov RV Awning Motor Replacement 12V DC 75 RPM — Solera Compatible with Conversion Plug & Hex Top

Aaiov 373566/266149 RV awning motor is a direct-replacement 12V DC drive designed to restore smooth extending and retracting operation to Solera-compatible RV awnings.

When an RV awning motor fails, campsites and roadside stops turn into awkward manual chores. This Aaiov replacement motor provides the same 75 RPM torque characteristics as common Solera units while adding a universal conversion plug and a hexagon top for emergency manual retraction. The result is an easy-to-install, serviceable power unit that gets your awning moving reliably again without needing to hunt down an exact legacy part number.

How does this motor restore awning function quickly?

The Aaiov 373566/266149 motor matches the key electrical and mechanical specs used in many Solera-compatible awnings: 12 volts DC, 75 RPM, and the correct torque profile for smooth travel. Installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic RV wiring and mount swaps.

• Direct 12V DC replacement with 75 RPM performance for consistent extend/retract speed
• Conversion connection plug included to fit multiple wiring configurations
• Form factor and mounting align with common awning drive housings for fast swap-out

What makes this motor more user-friendly than older replacements?

Aaiov added practical features to reduce downtime and increase usability. A small hexagon nut on the motor’s top accepts a cordless electric drill or compatible tool so you can manually wind the awning if power is unavailable. The included conversion plug avoids ordering mistakes and simplifies compatibility across different Solera-style assemblies.

• Hex nut top enables quick manual retraction with a cordless drill in emergencies
• Universal conversion plug reduces risk of buying the wrong plug or adapter
• Compact design keeps original awning geometry intact for tidy operation

Is this motor durable and serviceable for long-term use?

The motor is engineered specifically for awning duty cycles and rolling loads typically found on motorhome awnings. Aaiov backs the unit with a one-year warranty and uses construction aimed at lasting through seasonal use, though regular maintenance of the awning mechanism will help prolong service life.

• Designed for awning loads with appropriate gear ratio and shaft strength
• One-year warranty for parts and manufacturing coverage
• Service-friendly features like the manual hex nut and standard electric connections

How do I know this will fit my Solera-compatible awning?

The replacement targets common Solera-style awning assemblies by matching voltage, RPM, and mounting dimensions. The conversion plug increases interoperability with different connector styles, but checking shaft diameter and bracket alignment before purchase ensures a trouble-free fit.

• Compatible with many Power Solera awning assemblies when physical dimensions match
• Conversion plug helps adapt to different connector types used across models
• Confirm shaft diameter and mount spacing against your existing motor before installation

Who is this for? RV owners, mobile-home technicians, and DIYers who need a reliable, easy-to-install replacement for a failed Solera-compatible awning motor will find this Aaiov unit practical. It’s particularly useful for people who want a repair that restores factory-like performance, provides an emergency manual option, and reduces the risk of ordering the wrong connector type. If you maintain your RV’s exterior systems and prefer replaceable, serviceable components, the Aaiov 373566/266149 motor is designed to keep your awning functioning smoothly season after season.
