AggAuto car grill mesh 47 x 16 in — black aluminium rhombic 6x12mm, cuttable rust-resistant radiator guard

AggAuto's 47 x 16 inch black aluminium grill mesh is a cuttable, rust-resistant screen that shields radiators and vents while allowing airflow.

Designed for automotive and DIY projects, this lightweight aluminium-alloy sheet features 6 x 12 mm rhombic openings and a black finish that blends with bumpers, body kits, hood vents and custom trim. The panel is flexible enough to bend, trim and shape to match irregular openings, yet rigid enough to stop road debris and pests. It’s an aftermarket solution for drivers and fabricators who want an easy-to-fit protective layer without welding or complex fabrication.

How will this mesh protect my radiator and vents?

The fine rhombic pattern deflects stones, leaves and larger insects while keeping unrestricted airflow to cooling systems. Because it’s made from anodized aluminium alloy, the mesh resists corrosion and keeps structural integrity in wet or salty conditions.

• 6 x 12 mm rhombic holes block common road debris without reducing air intake
• Aluminium composition prevents rust and prolongs service life
• Sheet coverage (47 x 16 in) fits large openings or can be trimmed to multiple smaller sections

Is this grill mesh easy to cut and install for DIY projects?

Yes — the panel is purposely pliable and can be cut with standard metal snips, a jigsaw with a metal blade, or an angle grinder for custom fits. Installation can be secured using screws, rivets, zip ties, or mounting brackets depending on your vehicle and preferred method.

• Can be trimmed to shape with metal snips or power tools
• Attach with screws, rivets, zip ties or clips—no welding required
• Flexible enough to curve around contours for seamless integration

Will the mesh fit different bumpers, vents, and home uses?

The 47 x 16 inch dimension and malleable nature make it suitable for many automotive openings, aftermarket body kits, and custom vents. It’s also practical for non-vehicle projects like garden screens, appliance vents, or workshop guards where airflow and protection are needed.

• Fits larger openings or can be divided for multiple smaller uses
• Shapeable for curved bumpers, hood scoops and aftermarket kits
• Also useful for household or workshop applications requiring durable screening

How resilient is the finish and what warranty support exists?

The aluminium alloy resists rust and corrosion, and the black finish helps hide road grime and match blacked-out styling. AggAuto provides support for quality issues; contact customer service if the product arrives damaged or shows manufacturing defects.

• Corrosion-resistant alloy for long-term outdoor exposure
• Black finish conceals wear and matches common vehicle trim colors
• Customer support available for replacement or resolution on defects

Who is this for: this AggAuto grill mesh is ideal for car owners, pickup truck and SUV enthusiasts, custom fabricators, and DIY mechanics who need a durable, easy-to-modify protective screen. It’s a practical pick for anyone seeking a low-cost way to protect radiators and vents while retaining airflow and allowing creative customization for both vehicle and home projects.
