ALFOCI 6-Pin Deutsch Waterproof Connector Kit — 2 Sets Prewired 16AWG with Adhesive Heat-Shrink, IP67 Sealed

ALFOCI 6-pin Deutsch waterproof electrical connector kit supplies matched male and female Deutsch-style housings with 16AWG pre-wired leads and adhesive-lined heat-shrink for durable, sealed automotive connections.

This kit is built for wiring tasks that require reliable, weatherproof finishes — from automotive lighting and trailers to marine and off-road equipment. Each connector housing is molded in PA66 nylon and designed to meet IP67-level protection when assembled with the terminals and supplied adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubes. The included pigtails come pre-attached with 16AWG wire and a reinforced tail cover to reduce strain and keep the seal intact in demanding environments.

How do these connectors keep water and dirt out of my wiring?

The Deutsch-style housings and compression-sealed terminals create a tight mechanical seal. When combined with the kit's adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubing and the ultrasonic-welded tail cover, the assembled connection resists water ingress, oils, and road grime.

• IP67-rated PA66 nylon housings for dust and immersion protection
• Adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubes fuse to wire insulation for a bonded seal
• Ultrasonic-welded tail cover prevents the lid from working loose
• Pre-crimped 16AWG pigtails reduce handling errors and improve seal reliability

Are these connectors easy to install in a garage or on the road?

Yes — the kit is designed for both field repairs and workshop wiring. You can crimp or solder the terminals to wires, slide on the adhesive heat-shrink, and apply heat for a secure, factory-like termination in minutes.

• Pre-cut 5.5-inch 16AWG pigtails speed installation and routing
• Heat-shrink tubing melts and bonds quickly, sealing the splice in about 30 seconds with a heat gun
• Clear terminal positions simplify correct pin placement during assembly
• No specialized tooling required beyond a crimper/soldering iron and heat source

What electrical and environmental specs should I expect?

The wiring and housings are rated for typical automotive and light-industrial loads, with temperature tolerance and insulation suited to engine bay, trailer, and marine exposures. These connectors balance current capacity and mechanical robustness for 16AWG circuits up to common vehicle voltages.

• Wire size: 16AWG pre-wired leads for headlamps, lights, and control circuits
• Temperature range: -40°C to 105°C for cold starts and hot engine compartments
• Voltage handling: rated up to 600V for insulation integrity
• Housing material: PA66 nylon for impact and chemical resistance

Who is this kit best suited for? If you install or maintain vehicle lighting, trailer harnesses, marine electronics, LED work lights, or aftermarket accessories, this ALFOCI Deutsch connector kit gives a professional, weatherproof solution without wholesale rewiring. It’s aimed at mechanics, fabricators, fleet technicians, marine hobbyists, and DIY vehicle owners who need durable, serviceable electrical joins. The pre-wired leads and adhesive heat-shrink reduce assembly time, while the robust housing and strain-relief tail cover increase long-term reliability in harsh conditions.
