ALFOCI Deutsch DT Connector Kit 216-piece with Ratcheting Crimper — IP68 Sealed, Size-16 Stamped Contacts

ALFOCI 216 PCS Deutsch DT Connector Kit is a complete, waterproof wiring solution that includes 2/3/4/6/8/12‑pin DT housings, 75 pairs of size‑16 stamped contacts, sealing plugs, mounts, and a professional ratcheting crimper for reliable automotive electrical connections.

This kit is designed to give technicians and DIYers everything needed to build durable Deutsch DT style harnesses without hunting for individual parts. Components are built for harsh environments—PA66 housings, tinned copper contacts, and an IP68 sealing approach—while the included ratcheting crimper simplifies consistent, professional crimps for AWG22–13 wires.

How does the ratcheting crimper improve my connector assemblies?

The ALFOCI crimper uses a self‑adjusting, ratchet mechanism and precision dies to deliver uniform crimps and reduce rework. Comfortable ergonomics and a reliable release ensure repeated use without hand fatigue or inconsistent results.

• Self‑adjusting die accommodates 0.5–2.5 mm² (AWG22–13) wires.
• Ratcheting action guarantees full compression before release.
• Ergonomic handles for repeated professional use.
• Precision dies matched to size‑16 stamped contacts in the kit.

Are these connectors suitable for harsh, outdoor, or marine environments?

Yes—housings are molded from PA66 nylon and the system is built around IP68‑style sealing to resist dust, water ingress and temperature swings common in vehicles and marine applications. Wedgelock inserts and properly crimped tinned contacts help maintain vibration‑resistant electrical continuity.

• PA66 housings rated for −40°C to 125°C operation.
• Tinned copper contacts for corrosion resistance and conductivity.
• Sealing plugs and mounts included for full IP68 protection when assembled.
• Wedgelock design prevents contact back‑out under vibration.

What exactly is included and which wire sizes are supported?

The kit contains 216 pieces: multiple 2/3/4/6/8/12‑pin Deutsch DT housings, 75 pairs of size‑16 stamped pins and sockets, sealing plugs, mounting brackets, and the ratcheting crimper tool. The stamped contacts and crimper cover the most common automotive wire gauges for accessory harnessing.

• 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 12‑pin Deutsch DT housings (IP68 style).
• 75 pairs of size‑16 stamped contacts (pin 1060‑16‑0122 / socket 1062‑16‑0122).
• Sealing plugs, connector mounts, and wedgelocks for secure builds.
• Crimper supports AWG22–13 (0.5–2.5 mm²) wires.

How do I ensure long‑lasting connections when using this kit?

Proper preparation and crimp technique are the keys: strip to the recommended length, use the correct die on the ratcheting crimper, insert contacts fully into the housing, and fit sealing plugs where required. Regular inspection after initial installation helps detect any assembly issues early.

• Strip wires to manufacturer‑recommended lengths before crimping.
• Use the crimper’s matching die for the size‑16 contacts included.
• Confirm wedgelock engagement and proper sealing plug placement.
• Test continuity and inspect crimps visually and mechanically.
