Artbreath Oxford White YZ/Z1 is a Ford-specific OEM color-match touch-up paint pen designed to hide chips and scratches quickly and blend with factory finish.

If you own a Ford and want a fast, low-cost way to repair small paint damage, this 0.4 fl oz Artbreath touch-up kit offers a close color match to Oxford White (YZ/Z1) and simple application tools. The formula emphasizes adhesion, rust resistance, and quick drying to restore appearance and protect exposed metal between professional repairs.

How well does this paint match Ford factory Oxford White?

The Artbreath Oxford White YZ/Z1 is formulated to match the OEM Ford shade used on many models. While small variations can occur from age and factory lots, the paint is blended to minimize visible differences on common panels and trims.

• Made to match Ford color code YZ/Z1 (Oxford White)
• Intended for common Ford models like F-150, Mustang, Explorer, Ranger
• Best results when applied over clean, rust-free surface
• Test on paper or a hidden area to confirm exact match before full application

What is the easiest way to apply this touch-up paint without professional tools?

The bottle includes both a precision pen pin and a small brush, so you can handle hairline chips or slightly larger chips with controlled strokes. Preparation is minimal: clean the area, remove grease or loose particles, and shake the bottle well before use.

• Clean and degrease the damaged spot thoroughly
• Shake for about one minute to mix pigments evenly
• Use pen pin for pinpoint repairs, brush for wider areas
• Allow about 10 minutes surface dry; follow up with light layers if needed

Will this paint protect against rust and weather after repair?

The Artbreath formula emphasizes adhesion plus anti-rust and waterproof properties so repaired areas are shielded from moisture and further corrosion risk. It provides a protective coating suitable for everyday driving conditions, though deep or structural damage may still require a body-shop restoration.

• Adhesive base bonds to exposed metal and factory paint edges
• Waterproof finish helps block moisture seepage
• Rust-resistant properties reduce the chance of further corrosion
• Ideal for small chips, scratches, and touch-up maintenance

How much area does one 0.4 fl oz bottle cover and how durable is the result?

A single 0.4 fl oz bottle covers roughly 0.08 square meters, enough for multiple small chips or a few larger dings. The finish is designed to dry quickly and hold up under normal driving conditions; repeated layers can improve appearance and longevity for higher-wear spots.

• Coverage: about 0.08 m² per 0.4 fl oz bottle
• Dry time: typically around 10 minutes for surface dry
• Durability: suitable for cosmetic repairs and interim protection
• Apply multiple thin coats rather than one thick coat for best adhesion
