BLACKHORSE-RACING RV Step Covers Rugs 3-Pack — 18" Wide Camper Stair Carpet, Polyester Non-Slip with Stainless Spring Hooks

These replacement stair rugs fit most 18" wide RV and camper steps and attach quickly with paired grommets and stainless steel spring hooks. Built from durable polyester, the covers wrap curved or straight treads to shield metal steps from wear, keep interior floors cleaner, and add a softer surface for feet and paws. The set includes three identical covers and mounting hardware so you can outfit the entry sequence in one simple install.

How do these step covers install and stay secure during travel?

Installation is straightforward: position the rug over the tread, select the correct grommet pair for your step depth, and fasten the included stainless steel springs with hooks. The springs maintain tension over bumps and movement, while rust-resistant construction prevents failure from weather exposure.

• 17.9" long × 18" wide size for standard 18" steps
• Two paired grommets per rug to fit 8–10" step depths
• Stainless steel springs and hooks for secure, anti-rust fastening
• Simple snap-on adjustment for curved or radius treads

Will these rugs actually keep dirt out and protect the metal steps?

The textured polyester surface scrapes soil and debris from shoes before entry, reducing how much gets tracked into the RV. In addition, the mats cover exposed metal edges and holes to prevent scuffs, trapped dirt, and rough contact with bare feet or pet paws.

• Dense polyester fibers trap grit and moisture
• Covers block hot metal surfaces and step apertures
• Washable material that refreshes appearance quickly
• Reduces interior cleaning frequency and wear on floors

Are these step rugs safe and comfortable for family and pets?

The soft polyester nap adds traction and a cushioned feel underfoot while lowering slip risk on slick metal treads. Because the rugs shield holes and hot surfaces, they help protect small feet and paws without introducing bulky edges that could trip household members.

• Improves grip compared with bare metal steps
• Protects feet and paws from sharp holes and hot surfaces
• Low-profile wrap reduces tripping hazards
• Suitable for high-traffic family or pet-friendly use

How do I clean and maintain these camper step carpets?

Maintenance is low: brush off loose dirt, vacuum, or rinse with water for heavier soiling. The polyester construction dries quickly and resists rapid wear, so periodic cleaning keeps the rugs functional and attractive for many seasons.

• Brush or vacuum for routine care
• Rinse with hose for stubborn mud, then air dry
• Durable fibers resist fraying and fading from normal use
• Replace springs or clean grommets as needed for longevity

They work well for travel trailers, motorhomes, campers with 18" wide steps, and anyone seeking a simple, washable upgrade that installs in minutes.
