Dupli-Color Vinyl & Fabric Spray for Interior Trim, Burgundy 11 oz — Flexible, Fast-Drying Finish

Dupli-Color Vinyl & Fabric Spray in Burgundy is an 11 oz aerosol coating designed to restore, recolor, or customize interior vinyl, plastic, and rubber surfaces with a flexible, fast-drying finish.

This aerosol coating is formulated to adhere strongly to interior surfaces without a separate primer, making it a practical solution for renewing seats, door panels, dashboards, console trims, and shifter boots. The product emphasizes flexibility and resistance to cracking, peeling, and flaking so treated surfaces retain color and feel over time. The burgundy shade gives an immediate color refresh or a coordinated customization for vehicle interiors and small upholstery projects.

How does this spray hold up on vinyl and plastic surfaces?

The formula includes a high-adhesion promoter that bonds to vinyl, plastic, and rubber, so it clings without requiring a primer on most interior trims. Once cured, the coating remains flexible to follow the substrate's movement and resist surface failure from normal use.

• Bonds to vinyl, plastic and rubber for long-lasting adhesion
• Flexible finish reduces risk of cracking at seams and folds
• Fast-drying formulation to speed up project completion

What surfaces and parts can I restore with this burgundy spray?

It’s intended for interior trim pieces: seats (vinyl sections), door panels, dash panels, center consoles, and shifter boots. Small upholstery accents and plastic trim around vents or knobs can also be recolored, giving a coordinated, finished look.

• Vinyl seats and seat bolsters for color restoration
• Dash, consoles, and door panels for seamless matching
• Shifter boots and small rubber or plastic pieces require minimal prep

What prep and application steps produce the best results?

Clean the surface thoroughly to remove oils, dirt, and loose material; light sanding of cracked areas improves mechanical grip. Apply light, even coats and allow proper dry time between passes to build a uniform, durable film without runs.

• Degrease and clean surfaces before spraying
• Light sanding for peeling or flaky spots to create a stable base
• Apply multiple thin coats, allowing tack time between layers for even coverage

How durable is the finish and what maintenance is required?

The cured coating is formulated to resist cracking, flaking, and peeling while maintaining flexibility under normal interior use. Routine cleaning with mild cleaners preserves appearance; avoid harsh solvents or abrasive tools that could damage the coating.

• Resists cracking and peeling under typical use conditions
• Fast dry time reduces downtime for vehicle use
• Clean with gentle detergents to protect the finish
