EVIL ENERGY 1/4" Fuel Hose 30R7 is a 25-foot, NBR-lined, braided polyester fuel line built to handle gasoline, diesel, biodiesel and lubricants at up to 300 psi working pressure.
This 25-foot push-lock fuel hose from EVIL ENERGY is engineered to meet SAE 30R7 standards for engine fuel systems and related fluid-transfer tasks. Constructed with a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) inner tube and a polyester braided reinforcement, it balances chemical compatibility with mechanical toughness. The line’s compact 1/4" (6mm) inside diameter and 0.47" (12mm) outside diameter make it suitable for tight routing while offering a low minimum bend radius for neat installations.
The hose combines an oil-resistant NBR inner tube with a braided polyester jacket to resist wear, abrasion and fuel degradation. It is rated for 300 psi working pressure and a 1200 psi burst pressure, making it suitable for many light- and medium-duty fuel applications. The temperature range from -40°F to 257°F ensures functionality across most climates and under-engine conditions.
The NBR inner compound is chosen for its broad compatibility with hydrocarbon-based fluids. It is appropriate for gasoline, diesel, biodiesel blends, oil and grease, and many common lubricants used in engines and equipment. Avoid prolonged exposure to aggressive solvents outside the hose’s intended media list.
With a minimum bend radius of 2.36" (60 mm) and a slim 1/4" inner diameter, this hose routes easily in confined engine bays and machinery. The push-lock style is compatible with common fuel fittings and clamps for fast assembly. Its braided reinforcement helps retain shape while resisting kinking during installation.
This hose is manufactured to meet and exceed SAE 30R7 requirements for fuel and lubricant service. The multi-layer build — NBR inner tube, braided polyester reinforcement, and protective cover — delivers balanced chemical resistance and mechanical strength. Wall thickness and braid density provide resilience against abrasion and system pressures.
Who is this for? EVIL ENERGY’s 1/4" 30R7 fuel hose is aimed at mechanics, fleet technicians, DIY enthusiasts and equipment builders who need a reliable, compact fuel line that resists oil and petroleum-based fluids. It fits applications such as small-engine fuel systems, oil cooling loops, fuel transfer lines and other installations that require a flexible, pressure-rated hose. Choose this hose when you need a durable 25-foot roll that makes routing easy without sacrificing chemical compatibility or pressure performance.
Q: Is this hose safe for biodiesel?
A: Yes. The NBR inner tube is compatible with diesel and common biodiesel blends used in engines.
Q: Can I use this hose for high-temperature engine locations?
A: It handles -40°F to 257°F; suitable for many engine areas but avoid direct contact with open exhaust or extreme heat sources.
