EVIL ENERGY 6AN 3/8" push-lock fuel hose is a 20-foot, high-pressure CPE/NBR rubber line with included clamps designed for fuel, oil, and diesel systems.
This 3/8" internal diameter fuel hose combines a chemical-resistant CPE outer jacket with an NBR rubber inner liner and a polyester-reinforced middle layer to deliver a balanced mix of flexibility, pressure capability, and compatibility across petrol, diesel, engine oil, and related fluids. Supplied in a 20-foot length with hose clamps sized 13–19 mm, it’s intended for retrofit and custom plumbing tasks where a push-lock connection and clamp sealing are preferred. The line is rated for a maximum working pressure of 650 psi, with a burst rating near 1180 psi, and remains usable in temperatures from -4°F to 212°F (-20°C to 100°C).
The EVIL ENERGY fuel hose is engineered for demanding fluid-transfer applications: it has a working pressure of 650 psi and a burst pressure around 1180 psi, plus a wide service temperature range. These characteristics make it suitable for many automotive and industrial fuel and oil circuits when installed properly.
The hose uses a three-layer build: an NBR inner liner that resists petroleum-based fluids, a polyester-fiber reinforcement for strength, and a CPE outer jacket that resists abrasion and chemical exposure. This combination provides durability and broad fluid compatibility without sacrificing flexibility.
Installation is straightforward: push the hose onto the mating fitting and secure with the supplied 13–19 mm hose clamps. Always measure ID, OD and consider fittings and adapters before cutting; maintain the minimum bending radius to protect the hose and system performance.
This hose is intended for fuel delivery lines, connections to fuel filters, fuel pumps, pressure regulators, and oil cooler plumbing in automotive, marine, and small-engine systems. It is not designed for use with compressed gases, oxygen service, or where manufacturer-specific OEM hoses are required for warranty compliance.
Who is this for: EVIL ENERGY's 6AN 3/8" push-lock fuel hose suits mechanics, fabricators, performance tuners, and DIY vehicle owners who need a robust, fuel-compatible hose for custom runs, repairs, or system upgrades. If you require a flexible, pressure-rated line with an easy push-lock install and included clamps, this hose offers a practical balance of durability, chemical resistance, and value. Measure fittings and routing carefully and follow safe installation practices for reliable service.
Q: Is this hose safe for petrol and diesel?
A: Yes. The NBR inner liner and CPE outer jacket are compatible with petrol, diesel, and many engine oils.
Q: Can I use this hose for high-pressure fuel injection?
A: No. It’s rated to 650 psi working pressure and is best for fuel lines, pumps, and filters, not high-pressure direct injection rails.
