EVIL ENERGY silicone vacuum tubing 5mm ID (3/16") 10ft — food-grade, high-temp 3mm wall

EVIL ENERGY 3/16" silicone vacuum tubing is a 10-foot, food-grade silicone hose with a 5mm inner diameter built for high-temperature, high-vacuum automotive and industrial use.

This premium silicone tubing combines flexible, non-reactive material with a thick wall to resist collapse under vacuum and tolerate wide temperature swings. The 3mm wall thickness and FDA-compliant compound make it suitable where clean, durable, and heat-resistant lines are required—common uses include vacuum lines, turbo and boost hoses, and general-purpose fluid or air routing in demanding environments.

What size is this hose and how does it fit my system?

The hose measures 5mm (3/16") inside diameter and 11mm outside diameter, supplied in a continuous 10-foot (3.05 m) length so you can cut custom runs. Its dimensions suit small vacuum fittings, boost controllers, manifold nipples, and many aftermarket vacuum accessories.

• Inner diameter: 5mm (3/16") for snug fit on small fittings
• Outer diameter: 11mm to match clamps and routing clips
• Length: 10 ft (3.05 m) for multiple runs or spares
• Cut-to-length friendly for custom installations

How durable and temperature-resistant is the silicone tubing?

Constructed from pure silicone, the tubing withstands a broad temperature range from -40°F to 428°F (-40°C to 220°C), making it usable near hot engine components or in cold environments. The 3mm wall thickness helps prevent collapse under vacuum and improves resistance to kinking and abrasion.

• Operating temperature range: -40°F to 428°F (-40°C to 220°C)
• Working pressure rated at 43 PSI for routine loads
• Burst pressure: up to 130 PSI at ambient temperature, 100 PSI at elevated temperatures
• 3mm wall thickness reduces deformation under vacuum

Is this safe for food or fuel-related applications?

The hose is made from an FDA-compliant food-grade silicone compound, so it’s suitable where a non-reactive, clean material is required. However, compatibility with specific fuels, oils, or chemicals should be verified for your application before long-term use.

• FDA-compliant silicone reduces leaching risks in clean applications
• Non-reactive and odor-neutral compared with some elastomers
• Not all fuels/solvents are guaranteed compatible—test when needed

How is this tubing commonly used in vehicles and workshops?

This tubing is commonly applied to vacuum circuits, boost control lines, turbo actuator hoses, and small pneumatic routing in automotive and light industrial settings. Its flexibility and temperature tolerance make it a practical choice for cramped engine bays and aftermarket modifications.

• Turbo and boost vacuum lines for controllers and actuators
• Engine vacuum plumbing: sensors, valves, and diaphragms
• Pneumatic or low-pressure air routing in tools and fixtures
• Food-grade fluid transfer where silicone is permitted

Who is this for: EVIL ENERGY 3/16" silicone vacuum tubing is aimed at vehicle enthusiasts, mechanics, tuners, and DIYers who need a reliable, heat-resistant vacuum or boost line. It’s also useful for hobbyists and light industrial users who require a clean, flexible silicone hose with defined dimensions and strong resistance to collapse and temperature extremes. If you need a 5mm ID hose that balances flexibility, durability, and a wide operating temperature window, this 10-foot silicone line is a practical, cut-to-fit option.
