EvoShield Pro-SRZ 2.0 Batter's Elbow Guard - White Large, Gel-to-Shell Impact Protection

The EvoShield Pro-SRZ 2.0 Batter’s Elbow Guard is a lightweight, form-fitting elbow protector that uses Gel-to-Shell® Technology to mold to your arm and deflect impact with expanded coverage.

The Pro-SRZ 2.0 updates EvoShield's signature protection with a larger footprint, an improved ergonomic shape, and moisture-managing interior materials for more comfortable at-bat performance. Out of the box the guard is pliable; after a short air-activation it sets into a customized, pitch-deflecting shield that stays secure with a single strap and iridescent pull tab. This version delivers roughly 10% more coverage than the prior model and is sized to fit larger arms—measure around your bicep to confirm fit.

How does the Gel-to-Shell® Technology create a custom fit?

The guard ships as a flexible gel that hardens when exposed to air, allowing the protector to conform precisely to your arm shape within minutes. This on-the-spot molding produces a one-to-one fit so the shield sits flush and doesn’t shift while you swing or run.

• Air-activated gel material sets quickly for a personalized contour
• Form-fitting shell reduces movement and maintains consistent protection
• Reusable fit process during initial molding—follow included instructions

What level of protection and coverage does the Pro-SRZ 2.0 provide?

Designed for batters facing high-velocity pitches, the Pro-SRZ 2.0 spreads impact force across the guard to reduce localized pressure. The updated shape increases protective area by about 10% compared with the original Pro-SRZ, giving more defense to the elbow and surrounding forearm without adding bulky weight.

• Dispersion technology channels impact across the surface
• Expanded shell area for greater elbow and forearm coverage
• Lightweight yet durable construction for game-ready mobility

How is comfort and fit secured during play?

A single low-profile strap with an iridescent pull tab holds the guard firmly in place while reflective accents increase visibility. Inside, modern comfort mesh wicks moisture and reduces friction so the guard stays comfortable through long innings and hot conditions.

• One adjustable strap for secure, simple fastening
• Interior comfort mesh manages sweat and minimizes rubbing
• Reflective details enhance visibility during travel and warmups

How should I choose the right size and apply the guard?

Measure the circumference of your arm at the bicep to determine fit; the large size is made for larger arms while the small suits arms under 10 inches. Follow the included activation and molding steps: expose the gel to air, position the guard on your elbow, allow it to set, then adjust the strap for a snug, stable fit.

• Measure bicep circumference—small for under 10-inch arms, large for bigger arms
• Air-activate the gel, position on the elbow, and allow it to cure
• Secure strap and perform range-of-motion checks before play
