This comprehensive gasket kit from Fel-Pro supplies the gaskets and seals needed during a full engine rebuild, crafted with application-specific materials and validated for fit, form, and function. Designed to match original equipment specifications, the FS 7733 PT-2 helps restore sealing integrity across the block, heads, intake, and auxiliary components so you can complete an overhaul with confidence.

What parts are included in the overhaul set and why does that matter?

The FS 7733 PT-2 contains a full complement of gaskets and seals required for a complete engine rebuild so you won't need to source additional sealing components. Everything is engineered to work together, reducing the risk of leaks or mismatched materials during reassembly.

• Head gaskets and intake manifold gaskets sized for correct sealing.
• Exhaust gaskets and valve cover seals optimized for high-temperature areas.
• Oil pan gasket, rear main seal, timing cover seals, and other engine seals included.
• Small hardware and O-rings where applicable to complete the seal surfaces.

How does this Fel-Pro kit fit my Chevy Camaro and how can I verify compatibility?

Fel-Pro designs each overhaul set to match application-specific dimensions, but vehicle verification is essential. Check your engine family, model year, and trim details to ensure the set matches your Camaro’s engine configuration prior to purchase.

• Reference your Camaro’s year, engine displacement, and VIN-based fitment tools.
• Confirm notes in seller fitment tools or product listings for special requirements.
• When in doubt, compare part numbers and contact Fel-Pro or your parts supplier for guidance.

What performance and durability features does Fel-Pro include in this gasket kit?

The materials and construction of the FS 7733 PT-2 are chosen for durability in overhaul environments where heat, pressure, and oil exposure challenge seals. Components meet or exceed original equipment specifications to maintain long-term sealing under typical driving conditions.

• Application-specific gasket materials for heads, intake, and exhaust areas.
• High-temperature resistant seals in combustion and exhaust zones.
• Validated for correct dimensions and sealing behavior during installation.

What should I prepare for installation to get the best result?

Prepare by cleaning mating surfaces, inspecting for warpage or damage, and replacing any worn fasteners or components that affect sealing. Following correct torque sequences and recommended installation practices ensures the new gaskets seat properly and deliver lasting performance.

• Thoroughly clean and inspect the block, heads, and mating surfaces.
• Check head and block flatness and replace warped parts if needed.
• Use correct torque specs, new bolts where recommended, and proper sealants only when specified.
