Generic 16" Rivet Nut Tool Kit — 16-inch Lever Rivet Nut Setter with 15 Metric/SAE Mandrels and 180 Rivnuts, Long Non-Slip Handle

The Eastvolt 16" Rivet Nut Tool Kit is a heavy-duty hand rivet nut setter with a long non-slip handle, 15 interchangeable mandrels, and 180 rivnuts for fast, reliable blind nut installations.

Designed for mechanics, fabricators, and DIYers who need a versatile, portable solution for inserting rivet nuts into thin materials, this kit bundles a 16-inch lever rivet nut gun with metric and SAE mandrels and a varied rivnut inventory. The tool uses leverage to reduce the effort required for larger nutserts and arrives organized in a blow-molded case so parts stay protected and accessible on the job or in a workshop.

How does the long 16" handle help when installing large rivet nuts?

The extended non-slip handle increases mechanical advantage so you apply more pulling force with less hand effort. That makes fitting larger sizes such as M12 or 1/2-13 significantly easier and reduces fatigue during repetitive work.

• 16" length offers up to 50% less effort on heavy-duty sizes
• Non-slip grip improves control and reduces hand strain
• Better leverage for consistent, fully compressed rivet nuts

What sizes and types of mandrels and rivnuts are included?

The kit covers a broad range of metric and SAE thread sizes so you can handle most common fastening tasks without buying extra parts. Fifteen mandrels are supplied, and 180 rivnuts in mixed quantities let you tackle multiple jobs right away.

• Metric mandrels: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12
• SAE mandrels: 6-32, 8-32, 10-32, 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13
• 180 rivnuts packaged for immediate use and refill needs

How easy is it to swap mandrels and use the tool?

Changing mandrels on the Eastvolt rivet nut gun is a simple hand-operated process; the M6 mandrel comes preinstalled for convenience. The tool’s design supports quick transitions between sizes so you can maintain workflow without specialized wrenches or adapters.

• Hand-replaceable mandrels for fast size changes
• Preinstalled M6 mandrel for immediate use out of the case
• Includes a wrench and manual for setup guidance

Which materials and applications does this kit work best with?

This rivet nut tool is built to perform in thin materials and mixed shop tasks, making it suitable for metal, plastic, and other substrates commonly used in automotive and furniture work. The construction aims for longevity so it holds up under frequent workshop use.

• Ideal for automobile body panels, sheet metal, and plastic parts
• Also suitable for furniture, decorative projects, and riveted wood
• Durable carbon steel and heat-treated alloy components for extended life
