Heimerdinger Brushless Cordless Rivet Gun — Makita 18V Compatible, 12,000N Auto‑Reverse & LED

The Heimerdinger brushless cordless rivet gun is a compact, battery-powered tool that delivers up to 12,000N of pulling force for fast, reliable blind riveting with auto-reverse and one-button mandrel ejection.

Built for technicians, fabricators and DIYers who need portable riveting power, this cordless riveter accepts Makita 18V batteries (sold separately) and combines a brushless motor with ergonomic design and smart cooling. It reduces manual effort and speeds up repetitive riveting tasks while keeping the tool quieter and longer-lived than brushed alternatives.

How does the brushless motor improve performance and durability?

The brushless motor produces higher torque and maintains steady output under load without carbon brushes to wear out. That means fewer maintenance points and a longer service life for consistent rivet pulling.

• Delivers up to 12,000N of pulling force for heavy-duty rivets.
• Quieter operation and reduced electrical sparking compared with brushed motors.
• Lower long-term maintenance—no brush replacements required.

What makes this riveter efficient for continuous or industrial use?

The rivet gun includes an auto-reverse / auto-reset mandrel ejection system and a multi-hole cooling design to handle prolonged cycles. These features cut downtime between rivets and help the tool manage heat so it keeps working consistently on longer jobs.

• One-button mandrel ejection removes spent stems automatically.
• Auto-reverse function helps prevent jams and speeds mandrel release.
• Multi-hole heat dissipation maintains stable performance during extended use.

Which rivet sizes and materials can it handle?

This cordless riveter accepts common blind rivet diameters and is suitable for a variety of materials, making it versatile for construction, automotive, and hobby work. Typical cycle time is about three seconds for a complete rivet pull.

• Compatible with 1/8", 5/32" and 3/16" rivets (aluminum and steel).
• Works on metal, plastic and leather fastening tasks.
• Approximately 3 seconds per rivet under normal conditions.

What user comforts and jobsite aids are included?

The tool’s ergonomic, soft-grip handle reduces hand fatigue during repetitive use, while an integrated LED helps you see rivet points in dim spaces. These small details improve accuracy and comfort when working on tight or poorly lit assemblies.

• Soft-grip ergonomic handle for reduced fatigue on long jobs.
• Built-in LED illuminates dark work areas for better alignment.
• Compact, cordless design for maneuverability in confined spaces.

Who is this for: The Heimerdinger brushless cordless rivet gun is suited to mechanics, HVAC and sheet-metal professionals, assembly technicians, and serious DIYers who need robust, portable riveting power without the tether of a cord. If you already use Makita 18V batteries, it integrates seamlessly into your battery inventory; if not, plan to purchase compatible batteries separately from the Heimerdinger store or other Makita-compatible suppliers.
