Holley EFI 554-102 is a 100 PSI stainless steel pressure sensor that delivers a linear 0.5–4.5V output for plug-and-play fuel or oil pressure monitoring with Holley EFI systems.
Built to complement Holley EFI controllers and aftermarket installations, this compact sensor converts mechanical pressure into a predictable electrical signal for accurate logging, real-time display, and closed-loop tuning. Constructed from stainless steel, it resists corrosion and is suitable for under-hood and exposed installations. The unit ships with a pigtail connector to simplify wiring and to support customized harness layouts when integrating into performance, street, or marine powerplants.
Integration is straightforward: the 554-102 is designed to accept both fuel and oil pressure inputs and interfaces directly with Holley EFI inputs that expect a 0.5–4.5V sensor signal. No complex calibration is generally required beyond selecting the correct input type and scaling in your Holley controller.
Made from stainless steel, the 554-102 resists corrosion and handles typical automotive and marine environments. Its electro-mechanical design provides a stable, linear voltage output across the 0–100 PSI range for reliable readings under varying conditions.
The sensor includes a pigtail connector to speed installation into existing harnesses; match the pigtail wires to your Holley EFI input wiring diagram. After physical connection, configure the Holley controller to the pressure sensor type and input scaling so the voltage-to-psi conversion is accurate in your displays and datalogging.
The compact stainless body suits engine bays, fuel rails, and oil galleries where space and corrosion resistance matter. Mount it where it won’t suffer mechanical impact and where wiring can be routed away from extreme heat or moving parts to preserve longevity and signal integrity.
Who is this for: The Holley EFI 554-102 is aimed at performance enthusiasts, tuners, and shops that use Holley EFI controllers and need a dependable pressure input for closed-loop control, data logging, or dash display. It’s a practical choice for racers, street/strip builds, and marine installations that require a compact, corrosion-resistant sensor with a clear linear voltage output and easy wiring options.
Q: Is the 554-102 compatible with non-Holley ECUs?
A: Yes, any ECU or gauge that accepts a 0.5–4.5V pressure input can use this sensor with proper wiring and scaling.
Q: Does the sensor come calibrated for 0–100 PSI?
A: The sensor provides a linear 0.5–4.5V output corresponding to 0–100 PSI; confirm scaling in your controller for exact readings.
