Master Airbrush MPS Disposable Paint Cup Liners & Lids 40-piece 20 oz kit – fast color changes, 125µm strainers

The Master Paint System (MPS) Disposable Paint Spray Gun Cup Liners & Lid System is a 40-piece, 20-ounce (600 ml) disposable cup kit designed to speed up spray work, reduce cleanup, and fit many common spray gun adapters.

Designed for professional and serious DIY painters, this MPS kit replaces metal cups with single-use liners and vented lids that include 125-micron strainers. The set contains everything needed to outfit a spray gun for quick color changes and minimal solvent use: 40 disposable liners, 40 lids with integrated strainers, one hard outer cup with retainer ring, and 10 sealing plugs. The liners hold up to 20 ounces (600 ml) each and are compatible with many spray guns when used with the correct MPS adapter.

How does the MPS system cut down cleanup time?

The disposable liners eliminate the need to scrub and solvent-flush metal cups after every color change. Once a job is finished, you remove and discard the liner and lid, leaving the outer hard cup nearly clean and ready for the next liner.

• No prolonged solvent baths or wire-brushing of metal cups
• Faster color changes—swap liners in seconds
• Less solvent purchase and disposal, lowering costs and waste handling

Will these liners fit my spray gun?

The MPS disposable cup system uses a hard outer cup that twist-locks to original-style spray gun adapters (not 2.0 style). To use the kit with various brands and models you may need one of the eight MPS adapters sold separately; some Master Elite guns require the MAS MPS-881 adapter.

• Compatible with most original-style adapter fittings
• Adapter options available for popular full-size and mini guns
• Check gun model compatibility—Master PRO-33, PRO-44 & PRO-88 require MAS MPS-881

What coatings work with the MPS disposable cup system?

The liners and lids are suitable for a wide variety of coatings used in automotive, marine, and wood finishing. They handle low- and high-solids materials including primers, basecoats, clears, urethanes, enamels, varnishes, epoxies, and stains.

• Automotive basecoats, clearcoats, topcoats, and primers
• Industrial coatings, epoxies, gelcoats, and sealers
• Wood stains, varnishes, lacquers, and urethanes

How does the kit improve jobsite efficiency and costs?

Using disposable liners reduces wasted paint, decreases time spent cleaning, and avoids cross-contamination between colors. That combination shortens job cycle time and lowers labor and solvent expenditures over many jobs.

• Less paint wasted—use only what you need and discard the rest with the liner
• Fewer cleaning intervals and reduced labor costs per job
• Lower solvent purchase and hazardous waste disposal requirements
