SURE SHOT 1 Quart Enameled Steel Pressure Sprayer — Red, Refillable Durable Shop Canister

The SURE SHOT A1000R is a one-quart enameled steel, refillable pressure sprayer built for shop chemicals and heavy-duty maintenance tasks.

Compact, rugged and made in the USA, this red A1000R sprayer replaces disposable aerosol cans with a refillable steel canister designed to accept solvents, brake cleaner, lubricants and many degreasers. It uses shop air to pressurize between 80 and 150 PSI, holds pressure for weeks when charged correctly, and ships set up for a fine mist with an option to convert to a targeted pin stream for precision work. Every wearable component is serviceable so the tool can be kept in service for decades — a practical choice for mechanics, restoration shops and industrial maintenance crews.

How does the A1000R spray different fluids safely?

The A1000R is made from an enameled steel canister and fitted with brass nozzles plus an FFKM chemical-resistant valve core to tolerate many shop chemicals. It is not compatible with acids, ammonia or paints, so selection of fluids is important.

• Compatible fluids: brake parts cleaner, common solvents, degreasers, oils and light lubricants.
• Materials: enameled steel body, brass nozzle hardware, FFKM valve core for chemical resistance.
• Incompatible: avoid strong acids, ammonia-based cleaners and paint products.

How do I change spray patterns or maintain spray performance?

The can ships set for regular mist; a spiral insert inside the nozzle makes the diffuse spray. Removing that insert converts the nozzle to a pin stream for precise application. The product is designed for field servicing with replaceable parts and a repair kit available.

• Default: fine mist for broad coverage and light coating tasks.
• Pin stream: remove spiral insert with needle-nose pliers to switch to a targeted spray.
• Maintenance: full repair kit (K10), nozzles and extensions available from the factory.

What pressure, fill level and charging method should I use?

For best results fill the canister to two-thirds (max 32 oz), then charge from any standard air chuck to between 80 and 150 PSI. When charged properly the unit will retain pressure long enough for many jobs and can remain pressurized for weeks.

• Fill guideline: 2/3 capacity, do not exceed 32 ounces.
• Charging: use a standard air chuck to reach 80–150 PSI.
• Longevity: one full charge typically sprays the entire canister; holds pressure for extended storage.

How can I keep this sprayer serviceable for years?

The A1000R was built to be repairable — every wear item can be replaced. Genuine parts and factory reconditioning services allow long-term ownership instead of disposal after a single use.

• Replaceable components: valve cores, nozzles, seals and other wear items available.
• Repair kit: K10 complete kit restores function in the field or shop.
• Factory support: genuine parts and reconditioning available from the manufacturer.

Who is this for: The SURE SHOT A1000R suits professional mechanics, restoration specialists, industrial maintenance technicians and serious hobbyists who want a durable, refillable sprayer for solvents, brake cleaner, degreasers and lubricants. If you need a metal-bodied, serviceable alternative to disposable aerosols that holds pressure, offers selectable spray patterns and is backed by replaceable parts and factory reconditioning, this model is engineered for that use. Avoid if your work requires acidic, ammonia-based or paint products.
