SURE SHOT handheld sprayer M2400S 24 oz anodized aluminum — adjustable nozzle, 200 PSI

The Sure Shot M2400S is a 24-ounce anodized aluminum handheld sprayer with an adjustable nozzle and shop‑grade pressure capacity for oils, cleaners, and other non‑corrosive liquids.

Built for mechanics, technicians, and serious DIYers, the M2400S combines a lightweight, rust‑resistant body with a durable pressure system so you can apply fluids precisely and repeatedly. Manufactured in the U.S. by Milwaukee Sprayer Mfg., this model includes an adjustable nozzle, replaceable components, and compatibility with standard air chucks for quick recharge. It’s designed to stand up to daily use in garages, workshops, and light industrial settings.

How precise is the M2400S nozzle for different tasks?

The nozzle dials smoothly from a fine mist to a focused pin stream, letting you control coverage and flow without swapping tips. That makes it suitable for spreading lubricants thinly or directing a strong stream into a tight spot.

• Dial-adjustable nozzle — mist to pin stream for varying application needs
• Works with oils, cleaners, and non-corrosive liquids
• Nozzle control reduces waste and overspray on delicate parts

What pressure and capacity can I expect in daily use?

The M2400S holds 24 ounces of fluid and accepts standard air-chuck charging up to a 200 PSI maximum. This balance of tank size and pressure gives several minutes of continuous use without frequent refills for typical maintenance jobs.

• 24 oz canister — good for multiple touch-ups or medium jobs
• Charges from any standard air chuck for convenience
• Maximum 200 PSI — suitable for targeted sprays and steady output

How durable and serviceable is this sprayer?

The housing is anodized aluminum to resist rust and stand up to workshop environments while remaining light to handle. Every component is replaceable with genuine Sure Shot parts, and factory servicing keeps the sprayer usable for years.

• Silver anodized aluminum body — corrosion resistant and lightweight
• All parts replaceable — extend service life with genuine components
• Factory service available through Milwaukee Sprayer Mfg.

Can I use the M2400S for different fluids and routine maintenance?

Yes — the M2400S is designed for non‑corrosive liquids such as light oils, degreasers, and general cleaners. Avoid strong acids, bases, or solvents not recommended by the manufacturer to maintain seals and nozzle life.

• Ideal for lubricants, cleaners, and similar non-corrosive solutions
• Not intended for aggressive chemical solvents or corrosive fluids
• Replace nozzles and seals if fluid compatibility is uncertain
