Milwaukee M18 2646-22CT Grease Gun Kit — 2-Speed Cordless with 2 Compact Batteries, High/Low Flow

Milwaukee 2646-22CT is a cordless M18 grease gun kit that delivers two-speed controlled grease flow with two compact batteries for longer runtime and jobsite portability.

Designed for mechanics, service techs and maintenance crews, this kit pairs Milwaukee’s M18 grease gun motor with two compact M18 batteries and an on-gun control head so you can switch between a high-flow mode for fast dispensing and a low-flow mode for precise bleed-free application. The tool is built for heavy use with durable construction, an ergonomic handle for one-handed operation, and battery power that removes the hassle of cords or manual pumping.

How does the two-speed system help during service work?

The M18 grease gun offers selectable low and high-speed modes so you can match grease output to the task: low for precise fittings and small bearings, high for fast filling of large pins and bushings. Switching modes is instantaneous, reducing time spent swapping tools or manually pumping.

• Low speed: controlled, drip-free dispensing for precision grease jobs.
• High speed: rapid bulk delivery to refill large components quickly.
• On-gun selector: change speeds without stopping work or removing gloves.

What makes this kit easy to handle on a busy jobsite?

Portability is a core design point: the cordless M18 platform eliminates hoses and cords while the compact batteries keep the tool light. An ergonomic grip and balanced weight distribution make one-handed use comfortable for repetitive tasks and reduces operator fatigue.

• Compact M18 batteries: lower tool weight, longer carry times between charges.
• Ergonomic handle: better control during overhead or tight-access work.
• Battery-powered: no air compressor or manual pumping required.

How durable and serviceable is the grease gun for frequent use?

Milwaukee builds the 2646-22CT to stand up to shop and field conditions with impact-resistant housing and serviceable components. The gun’s construction minimizes downtime and helps maintain consistent performance under heavy, repeated use.

• Robust housing: resists jobsite knocks and abrasions.
• Replaceable parts: designed for straightforward maintenance when needed.
• Reliable pump: engineered for consistent grease delivery across shifts.

What accessories and consumables should I plan to use with this kit?

The kit includes two compact batteries, but you’ll want spare batteries and compatible grease cartridges or bulk fill grease depending on job volume. Standard grease couplers and extensions fit the gun so you can reach recessed fittings and varied machinery points.

• Use compatible M18 batteries for extended runtime and quick swaps.
• Compatible screw-on grease cartridges or bulk fill adapters for refilling.
• Grease couplers and extension hoses for hard-to-reach fittings.

Who is this for: The Milwaukee 2646-22CT M18 2-Speed Grease Gun Kit is intended for professional mechanics, fleet maintenance teams, agricultural and construction crews, and anyone who needs a portable, durable grease solution. It suits users who want the speed of a powerful cordless tool with a selectable flow for both precise and bulk greasing, plus the convenience of two compact batteries for sustained jobsite use.
