Obeaming RV Ceiling Dome Lights 2-Pack 4.5in — 12V Dimmable Puck Lights with Blue Nightlight, 3000K Warm

Obeaming's 2-pack 4.5-inch low-profile RV dome lights are 12V dimmable puck lights with an integrated press-dimmer and a soft blue nightlight for versatile interior illumination.

These slim ceiling fixtures are designed for motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, towable campers and enclosed work trailers where compact, controllable lighting matters. Each light combines a frosted diffuser and optimized LED array to deliver even, glare-reduced illumination, while the metal backplate aids heat dissipation and extends LED life. They mount on the surface with three screws and are sized to cover most existing 3.5-inch holes, making them an easy retrofit for older fixtures.

How bright and adjustable are these dome lights?

The lights offer stepless dimming via a built-in press-dimmer switch so you can set a comfortable level from bright task light down to low ambient glow. Color temperature is warm white (around 3000K) for a cozy atmosphere rather than clinical daylight.

• 12V DC operation for RV and vehicle electrical systems
• Integrated press-dimmer for smooth brightness control
• Warm 3000K LED output suitable for cabins and lounges
• Even, diffused beam from a frosted polycarbonate lens

What installation steps are required for replacing my old RV light?

Installation is straightforward: surface-mount the unit with three screws, conceal the fasteners beneath the cover, and connect to the 12V supply. The shallow 7/8-inch housing keeps the fixture low-profile so it fits well on curved or limited-clearance ceilings.

• No cutting required—covers up to roughly 3.5-inch existing holes
• Three-screw surface mount, screws hidden by the lens cover
• Simple 12V wiring suitable for RV/boat electrical systems
• Low 7/8" depth works under cabinets and in tight ceiling spaces

What durability and performance features should I expect?

These fixtures use a thick aluminum backplate to pull heat away from the LEDs so the beads run cooler and last longer. The LED chips plus protective frosted lens produce a uniform light without hot spots or harsh glare, and the manufacturer rates the LEDs for extended service life.

• All-aluminum backplate for improved heat dissipation
• Frosted diffuser minimizes glare and hot spots
• Long-life LED design rated for tens of thousands of hours
• Sturdy construction suitable for mobile environments

Can these lights serve as a nightlight or secondary accent lighting?

Yes — each unit includes a built-in blue nightlight mode that provides low-level illumination without disturbing sleep or road visibility at night. The dual-mode design gives you both functional white light and a subtle blue accent for wayfinding or mood lighting.

• Separate blue nightlight integrated into the same fixture
• Quick toggle between full white, dimmed white, and nightlight
• Useful for cabins, bunks, and hallways where soft light is preferred
• Energy-efficient LED night mode draws minimal current

Who is this light for? RV owners, boaters, and trailer operators who want an easy-to-install, low-profile lighting upgrade will find these fixtures well suited to interior ceilings, under-cabinet spaces and compact rooms. They work especially well for anyone replacing outdated dome lights who needs warm, adjustable illumination, a discreet nightlight option, and durable construction for mobile use.
