ONLINE LED STORE TRUE MODS 4" Clear White Round LED Trailer Tail Lights (2pc) — 4" SAE/DOT, IP67 Waterproof, Grommet Mount

These TRUE MODS 4" clear white round LED trailer tail lights are a two-piece, SAE & DOT FMVSS-108 compliant upgrade that delivers brighter reverse lighting, waterproof reliability, and a quick grommet-style installation for trailers, RVs, and trucks.

Replace worn or dim factory lamps with a compact, law-compliant LED solution made for towing and work use. The TRUE MODS set from ONLINE LED STORE combines focused white LEDs behind a diffused polycarbonate lens so reverse lights are more visible without glare. Built to the 4" standard and using a 4-1/2" cutout pattern, these lamps drop into most trailer, RV, and truck housings and bring improved durability with IP67 submersible sealing and a space-saving connector.

How do these lights improve visibility when backing up?

The TRUE MODS clear white LED reverse lamps use 10 high-intensity LEDs arranged to produce even, true-color illumination across the lens. The diffused polycarbonate cover reduces hotspots while maintaining brightness so reflective surfaces and obstacles are easier to spot when reversing.

• 10 high-output white LEDs for consistent illumination
• Diffused polycarbonate lens for even light distribution
• Designed to exceed typical incandescent brightness at lower current draw

Are these lights weatherproof and durable enough for heavy-duty use?

Yes — the housings are sonically sealed and rated IP67 for waterproofing, meaning they resist dust ingress and withstand temporary immersion. The rugged polycarbonate lens resists cracking and fading from UV exposure, making the lights suitable for trailers that face road spray, mud, and harsh weather.

• IP67 submersible sealing against water and dust
• Sonic-sealed construction to prevent moisture intrusion
• UV-resistant polycarbonate lens for long-term clarity

Will these fit my trailer or truck without complex wiring?

TRUE MODS lights are engineered to the common 4" SAE/DOT specification and install into a 4-1/2" cutout, simplifying replacement of factory lights. Each lamp includes a grommet and 12" pigtail with a 90° connector to make mounting in tight spaces straightforward and reduce installation time.

• Standard 4" size using a 4-1/2" cutout for drop-in compatibility
• Includes grommet for quick mount in panel openings
• Space-saving 90° connector with 12" wiring for tight installs

Do these lights meet legal and safety standards for road use?

The TRUE MODS pair is SAE & DOT FMVSS-108 certified, so they meet common U.S. lighting and reflectivity standards for trailers, RVs, and trucks. Certification means you can rely on their intended functions—reverse, parking, and brake/turn when using the amber and red variants—for compliant signaling and improved visibility.

• SAE & DOT FMVSS-108 certified for road legality
• Multiple intensity settings available on colored models for parking and signaling
• Clear white model optimized for reverse/back-up lighting

Who is this for: These TRUE MODS 4" clear white round LED reverse lights are ideal for trailer owners, RV enthusiasts, fleet managers, and pickup or work truck operators who need a compact, durable, and legally compliant reverse lighting upgrade. Choose this two-piece kit when you want straightforward installation, improved night-time backing visibility, and weatherproof reliability without modifying existing cutouts or wiring harnesses.
