Pro Chaser Replacement Carburetor for Nikki 795366/697203 — Direct-Fit Kit with Filters, Gasket & Fuel Valve

Pro Chaser replacement carburetor engineered to drop into multiple Nikki carburetor part numbers so your small engine runs reliably without buying a factory unit.

If you need a direct-fit aftermarket carburetor for lawn equipment, generators, or other small engines that originally used Nikki components, this Pro Chaser assembly is made to match the most common ports, throttle linkages, and mounting patterns. It arrives as a kit with necessary consumables so you can install and return the engine to service quickly.

Which Nikki part numbers does this replace?

This Pro Chaser unit is manufactured to be compatible with a range of Nikki carburetor references used across many small-engine applications. It lists compatibility with several primary part numbers so you can verify fit before ordering.

• Compatible Nikki references: 795366, 697203, 697202, 792036, 697216, 799256, 792060.
• Also cross-compatible with additional Nikki listings such as 698945, 592223, 696353, 792534.
• Check mounting holes, throttle shaft orientation and inlet/outlet locations against your old carburetor.

What comes in the box and why it matters?

The kit ships with the carburetor plus common replacement items so you won’t need to source separate small parts during installation. Having these parts included reduces downtime and helps ensure a cleaner reassembly.

• 1 carburetor body matched to the listed Nikki references.
• 2 fuel filters, 1 fuel shut-off valve, 1 spark plug, 2 hose clamps, 1 fuel hose and 1 gasket.
• Assorted small parts shown in the product image for immediate installation.

How do I know this will fit my engine?

Compatibility depends on physical measurements and connection types rather than engine brand alone. Compare the replacement to your original carburetor’s mounting pattern, throttle linkage location, and fuel inlet position to confirm fit.

• Measure bolt hole spacing and bore orientation against your old unit.
• Confirm fuel inlet diameter and hose routing match included components.
• Inspect throttle and choke lever placement for correct linkage alignment.

What should I expect during installation?

Installation is a standard small-engine carburetor swap that typically requires basic hand tools and routine adjustments. The included gasket, clamps, and filters simplify the process, but final tuning (idle and mixture) may be required for optimal performance.

• Disconnect fuel and remove the old carburetor, retaining mounting hardware as needed.
• Install gasket and transfer throttle linkages; use included clamps and hose for fuel line.
• Adjust idle and mixture screws per engine specifications after reassembly.

Who this is for: This Pro Chaser carburetor kit is aimed at DIY mechanics, small-engine repair shops, and owners of lawn and garden equipment who need a cost-effective, ready-to-install replacement for commonly used Nikki carburetor part numbers. It’s ideal if you want a complete parts kit to minimize trips to the parts store and get equipment back to work quickly.
